I had cause to contact Paul Smith customer service about issues I had with two items of clothing that I had bought around 6 months ago. I was dealt with by someone called Jemma. She was amazing. I have always loved Paul Smith but the issues I had would have made me think twice about buying anything more. Not now! Jemma and her solutions completely reassured me that Paul Smith is a great company in all respects.

Whilst in London I visited two different Paul Smith stores to purchase clothes. I found the staff in both stores to be very professional and really helpful without being pushy. I also shop at the Paul Smith concession at Fenwicks in Newcastle and again the service is ‘best in class’. I would not hesitate in recommending this excellent brand.

I'm a big fan of Paul Smith because of the premium craftmanship of their products combined with quirky and original British styling. I also find that the pricing is very reasonable for a luxury brand and that you get what you pay for. I tried to return an item I purchased while visiting a London store recently that had sold out online. Because I live in Dublin, it was difficult to return the item in person. I contacted online Customer Services with the issue and was promptly offered a solution by Jamie who went over and above to assist me. He was attentive and friendly throughout our interactions, from providing details for the shipment to issuing a full refund. I was very satisfied with the Paul Smith customer service experience, which I was happy to find matched the quality and care they give to making their products. I highly recommend Paul Smith to any gentleman looking for a refined but playfully British look, whether that is casual or formal. The Italian made items, particularly in collaboration with Loro Piana or Breschi, are timeless essentials
