Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni in velluto a coste fini, dopo pochi giorni in alcuni punti il velluto si sfaldava dal tessuto lasciando dei buchi in cui si vedeva la pelle sotto. Ho fatto presente del difetto, ma non se ne sono curati e non avevo diritto ad alcun cambio del capo.
Pertanto non vi fate abbindolare dal design o dai colori chiari, per altro molto belli, la qualità è pessima e la ditta non è seria.

Ho scritto 10 e-mail e non rispondono.
Per questi signori il cliente non ha alcuna importanza.

Breakdown
Cost of jacket €209, delivery €25, uk customs £72, return customs €66 PT admin fees €16. The entire process is a con as PT completed the form incorrectly and as an import not a return so they removed the full amount from my refund. They have declined to refund me the correct amount. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Wish I had read some of the reviews before I ordered. Did not fully appreciate this was being sent from Italy and then got hit with a HUGE import duty when the clothes arrived. They sent me a note saying their policy is that I had to pay it or I would be charged anyway AND for the cost to return the clothes (while not receiving any of the merchandise). Don't imagine they get many repeat orders after people have been scammed once!

Non mi dilungo troppo, semplicemente: la qualità è veramente scarsa!
Ennesima volta che, uno dei capi (e ne ho acquistati diversi) tende a scucirsi... non è ammissibile per un brand che si pone come medio-alto... i prezzi tra l'altro sono fin troppo elevati se la qualità è questa.
Vi consiglio altre firme per le medesime cifre.

Je ne comprends pas ces boutiques qui s'évertuent encore à imposer leur signature olfactive. A savoir que ces molécules - fort décriées d'ailleurs - ne font pas que rester dans l'air mais elles se déposent aussi sur les vêtements. J'ai acheté deux pulls dans cette boutique et je ne suis toujours pas parvenue à ôter cette odeur écoeurante qui s'est imprégnée dans les fibres de mes pulls. Quelle bêtise d'utiliser des molécules chimiques qui résistent aux lavages. Plus de 200 euros jetés à la poubelle. Quel gâchis.

I highly suggest that no one in the United States orders from this company. I've never had a worse experience purchasing clothing. My jacket was too small, and the return policy was one of the hardest I've ever experienced. When the item was finally returned, they took $198 off the return due to "customs & policy." There was no opportunity to discuss anything with anyone. All I wanted to do was exchange my jacket size for one size larger. I will never order from this company again.

Placed an order for 2 linen shirts online, they charged me 100 euros for each shirt, the shirts arrived stained, with a 30% Off sticker on each of them, way too small. They are refusing to provide a return label, arguing over a dozen emails asking for photos and claiming the damage is not visible and that the shirt is not theirs, that the beige shirt I ordered is not the one I am sending them photos of... never in my life have I ever had to argue with a customer service this much to proceed with a return, why on earth would I email them photos of a different shirt. Awful customer service, avoid at all costs. Never ordering again. Complete scammers, they send you damaged stained shirts and refuse to respect the law, will do anything to block a return or a refund. Awful company.
