Thank you for sharing your concern. As we previously explained via email, the transaction for the 1,000 votes unfortunately did not go through successfully, which is why the votes were not added to your account. We completely understand how disappointing and confusing this must have been, especially with the contest so close to ending. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We understand that purchasing votes may not be an option for everyone, but please don’t feel discouraged. Pawvote is a pet contest with different ways to vote, including free daily votes, bonus votes, and optional purchased votes. There are also many voters who don’t have a pet entered and simply choose to support the pets they find the cutest. Every pet owner supports and promotes their pet in the way that works best for them. We also appreciate your kind words about the causes supported and your suggestion for a contest based solely on appearance, which we’ll gladly share with our team. Pawvote is a legitimate competition where participants can gain votes in several ways, including free daily votes, bonus vote opportunities, sharing their pet's profile with friends and family, and optional vote purchases. Paid votes are available to everyone, but they do not guarantee a winning position. Most importantly, every verified winner receives the prize they have earned according to the contest rules.
