Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that everyone has different opinions when it comes to the photos submitted, and we appreciate you taking the time to share yours. Participants choose and submit their own pet photos, so photo quality can vary. What’s important is that the photo features their actual pet and follows our rules, including our policy against AI-generated images. A photo doesn’t need to be professionally taken to participate or receive votes. Purchasing votes is also completely optional, with free voting available throughout the contest. We appreciate your concern and wish all of our wonderful pets the best of luck.

Thanks for bringing this up! Some participants may use filters or effects on their photos, which is okay as long as the photo still shows their real pet and natural appearance. Completely AI-generated photos, however, are not allowed. If you ever have any concerns about a photo, feel free to reach out to our support team, and they’ll be happy to look into it and take care of it. Our contests have clearly defined prize structures, and prizes are awarded according to the final results and the applicable Global or regional ranking. Cash prizes are awarded based on the Global ranking, while regional placements receive bonus votes that can be used in future contests. These rewards and the prize structure are displayed on the contest page so participants can see what each placement is eligible to receive. We understand that the difference between Global and regional rankings can sometimes cause confusion.
