Worst company going 3 months waiting for a bed and still not delivered I had to cancel it and they refunded £68 back please don’t use this company order on Amazon if u need a bed

The worst company i have seen in UK. They took from me 2 payments but haven’t send any bed and was waiting for the third to “send it”. I didn’t agree and asked for the previous payments back and they said “we can send back only one payment”

Excellent company. We have bought a bed from them. Easy and smooth delivery. Joey the salesman was lovely

Got a sofa back in august 2024 however i thought if leave it a while to see if it would get comfy and sink to my body shape etc.. however it has not the sofa itself is very small and not wide enough to lie on the material at the back of the sofa is that thin and cheap that it has ripped when my nephew had lent on the back of it

My experience has been great from start to finish to be honest. I was reluctant to use these after using a similar company in the past having nothing but problems and losing money. Jack came to measure for my kids bedroom carpet. Once I’d made the first payment which could have been immediately but I chose to do it later. I was contacted by the fitters who came out and fitted my carpet really quick. And considering I chose the second cheapest carpet it’s actually lovely and my kids are so happy with it. You do pay more than what you might pay in a shop but if you’re like me with bad credit then this is definitely the next best option. Thank you!

I paid a deposit and was told upon my first payment a fitting date would be arranged. Came the day of the payment my card was frozen but I made a manual payment same day. I was told I’d have to wait a full month for a payment to come out again before I get a fitting date and began telling me they’re keeping my deposit of £40 despite it being £1

Wanted a new carpet for my sons bedroom did exactly what is said but I paid monthly instead of weekly which is what I wanted over the carpet that much that Iv just ordered another for my bedroom

Appalling made payments worth £150 to then be told on the 6th March the delivery will be released within 7 days now on the 18th March they said it’s gonna be released in another 7 days then to be told if I want to cancel I won’t get a full refund for a service I ain’t received absolute rip off do not use this service go elsewhere

Pay Per Week has been amazing, from the really friendly sales rep coming to the house, fully explaining everything, being honest and open about charges and how things work, to contacting customer service, and the really professional fitters, I'm really happy with our new flooring and will be using you again. Can not rate this company highly enough. Thank you so much

Brilliant customer service the website is so easy to use and has great products. I’m a first time customer and was on the defensive side when applying plus worried but had the privilege of speaking to a lovely lady called Sue and she immediately put my mind at ease. The customer service you will receive is what you want everywhere! Very friendly, passionate, supportive to the customer, and if you have any questions or worries the customer service is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they always put the customer first. The website is easy to use and have amazing products I’m thrilled that I’m a customer and will pass on pay per week to all my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work you are all fantastic.

We moved in to are bungalow last year in June
And there was no way we could afford any flooring and we seen a advertisement on Facebook for this company so we went ahead and had all are 2 bedroom done fitted the experience from the start was lovely very good rates nothing to much trouble from all the friendly team 100%
We paid of earlier then should have definitely have them again xx highly recommended xx

If I could give 1 out of 10 on your score system I would. My Mother in Law has been lied to about the carpets fitted, she was told £250 each carpet(2 carpets) and told £500 total with a deposit of £60 then £26 fortnight.After noticing they took £60 a fortnight after my deposit, I phoned up and was told it was £700 total, I am disputing this and awaiting reply, and will be calling trading standards if the outcome is not favourable. I would like to add the quality of the carpet is as poor as I have ever seen and both did not have underlay. My Mother in Law is a pensioner and feel they have taken advantage of a vulnerable pensioner. PS there is so much more I could go into but I will just await outcome for now. PPS I personally feel she could have got both rooms done for about £300 direct in a different carpet shop and that is with underlay(2 small rooms) ... Just an update I have made extra contact, with no joy. An appointment has been made with a solicitor for April, updates will be added afterwards.

Louise is abserloutly fabulous.. super flexible & understanding as I had a family emergency nothing was a problem. Louise rearranged extremely quickly & supplied us the perfect carpet have being a customer for 5years now & will be staying another 25years!!!! 5* to Louise from me ♥️

Sales rep was very helpful and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I was told i was given a delivery date and waited excitedly for my new sofa. I sold my old sofa and arranged for it to be collected early on the delivery date to ensure enough space for my new one. The new sofa arrived damaged. The damaged sofa was recalled so i would receive a new undamaged version (great customer service there) however i was then told the next delivery was a full 6 days later. That 6 days with nothing to sit on. When i pointed this out a new delivery date was found. 3 days later which although much better still leaving me with nothing to sit on. So very mixed feelings about my experience.

Had carpet fitted poorly, I tried to ask for a manager to come round and witness it for them self, bad communication unless you with hold payment then they chase you, but still then they won't get you a manager until payment. I would recommend avoiding this company they do not have a care for customers just want your money for over price carpet and fitting
