Absolutely unbelievable company! Helpful and honest, only place I found who wasn’t after extra fees for fitting, deposit etc! Gorgeous carpet fitted within 2 weeks from first contact

The company booked in my fitting for 05/05/25, they confirmed this by email on the Friday before.

I had explained repeatedly that as a disabled woman living alone I would need to book in assistance to help me move my furniture and ripping up my old carpets.

I spent the weekend moving my furniture outside my flat as it is small and I couldn't fit it anywhere else.

They texted me at 2 minutes before 9am stating that the carpets hadn't arrived and they would call to rebook.
I had no use of my flat from Sunday evening until Wednesday afternoon the next week, I could not afford to have movers come back and put the furniture back only to then need to move it again at a later date.

As I also work from home I had no access to my mobility aids and also had to book an emergency day off work to manage the carpet fitting.

When I complained the response I got was dismissive and rude, they said that they had booked it in for the bank holiday in error but they had weeks to notice this error and even confirmed it by email, they didn't acknowledge the difficulty this caused me or the struggles I had with my disability.
I lost a day of work and suffered many injuries to my legs as a result and despite it being an error on their part they refused to assist me in any way.

Lovely customer service from start to finish. The sales rep that came out to see me to pick a colour for the laminate and to measure up was really friendly and didn't mind my hyperactive dog. He helped me to set up a deposit for when I had money in my account (following week) and took 1p deposit on the day to make sure the card worked. All items and laminate were delivered within a week of me paying the whole deposit of £90 as it was a little over the credit limit. But so far no problems and the laminate has made a massive difference in my flat. I will be putting in an order for a new sofa as soon as possible and then a bed

Being a previous client of PPW I didn’t hesitate in contacting them again when I was looking for garden furniture, got exactly what I wanted and at a price most reasonable, would highly recommend them

The sales rep was lovely and I didn’t have to wait long before my carpets arrived. Will definitely continue to order with them in the future.

Amazing service cheap reliable a friendly and fast at coming out to measure up then actually having the flooring fitted is fast and efficient and they do a great job at what they do I highly recommend.

Robbed me of £150 pound because my sub floor wasn’t suitable which I would only know since pulling up the previous flooring cancelled my account with out my concent, stay clear, none of them have good customer service and all speak to like you crap

Can’t rate this company highly enough. Needed a new sofa and they sent a rep called Mike and he explained everything to me in detail. I now have a brand new sofa and I’m paying £15 per week. Will be coming back soon as I need a new bed. Thanks

Absolutely made up with my flooring. Mike the salesman couldn’t do enough for me. Will defo be going back to this company for more flooring. The fitters were great also. Thanks guys

They are vile, had damage to my sofa and they claimed it is due to the sofa not being looked after correctly. Three months in and there was damage and they expect to continue to be paid. I should never have used them

They can improve by not selling you rubbish carpet saying it has underlay built in with carpet, when it clearly don’t feels like walking on floorboards waste of money, then the company they use to fit, you have to phone them to get booked in and they forget to fit the trim, so now have to wait another week for them to come back

Very pleasant .very helpful explained everything in great detail. Would highly recommend to friends and family
