The day the fitters turned up they came with the wrong door bars (single instead of double) the fitters then said well we’re not coming back we’re from Wolverhampton? I phoned the company and was told they would arrange for the fitters to return with the correct door bars and fit within 2 weeks it’s now been 6 weeks and still no one has come back to finish the job. The fitters also complained about the rate they were being paid for the job although that was nothing to do with me so they phoned and complained to their manager. Then one fitter started on the stairs and the other started the Lino in a small hallway once the hallway Lino was laid he then hurried the other man along. They also said they don’t seal the Lino that’s my job?? I paid just shy of £1000 to be told they don’t finish off the Lino they didn’t have the correct door bars and haven’t been back still to complete. I’ve also phoned the company to complain just to be told it would be done within 2 weeks? Shocking would not recommend

Very poor I'm not very happy with the carpets I have received there aren't the ones I asked for plus stains on hallway carpet. After I called the office there said someone from the carpet fitters will be in contact with me that was 3 weeks ago there can come and take this crap carpet back 🤬🤬🤬

Company is brilliant only thing I think would be helpful is for customers to be able to access their accounts so they know where they are with payments

Louise Scott set up our order, every step was explained clearly and setting up our account was simple and straightforward. Louise gave us good honest advice which is great credit to the company.

Jack the sales rep is really friendly and very helpful couldn’t have asked for someone niceer to talk me through the process. The fitter were amazing and did a brilliant job in my property. Very happy with the service.

Worst company ever wait 6 weeks for fitting to be told no we can’t do it it’s raining despite telling me an hour before your on the way - we have no idea when we can fit it you’ll just have to wait and see while obviously still making payments - oh you want to cancel yeah well your not getting a penny back if you do you. Joke of a company wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Rang customer service, and was passed from one chap, to a lady called (name removed at the request of Pay Per Week).

A £60 charge was taken, and then I had no contact for over a month, I was referred to terms and conditions, that I wasn’t walked through at the time of sign up, so I didn’t know I wouldn’t get my first payment back.

I asked to put in a complaint, and was told that I couldn’t, I could only do it in writing. So I challenged it, I was shouted at, and was told that calls were sometimes recorded.

When the call ended, I heard (name removed at the request of Pay Per Week) say ‘what a dixxhead’ in the background . The single most u professional company I’ve ever dealt with.

I did try to call back, but obviously they didn’t pick up.

Avoid at all costs.

Twice he was supposed to call to my daughters house twice he failed to turn up

Rupert came to my home with many different samples and also explained which would be better with having dogs and then talked me through the process and I have been with PPW for around 5 years now but haven't had anything off them for a few years. Very friendly and very helpful.

Fab service and quick turnover. Was fitted within 2/3 weeks and carpet is lovely. Jack Taylor came to my home, he was quick and efficient and have recommended him to family.

Dave visited us for the 2nd time and just like his first visit he was very polite, professional and made the whole process easy, very happy with the service and will be using pay per week again for our next project, thanks Dave from Ryan, Emma and the 🐕dogs 😀
