So this is my second time getting vinyl. Also my second time seeing Rupert.
Couldn't ask for a nicer agent. He goes through everything you could need to know and is very polite and kind.

I had Karl come out and visit today for flooring in hallways and kitchen, explained everything so easily very polite gave me everything I needed to no made me feel at ease, this is a first time for me using pay per week very happy with my experience. Thank you

Called them about flooring verry next day dave come to see me done the paper work wich was nice and eazy verry professional made everything nice and clear to me orded the flooring wich comes in 10 day it really was simple and polite professional people thanks verry much

My local agent Rupert is an absolute gem.
Always friendly, informative and straight to the point.
He's always happy to accommodate and give advice on what's best.
He always posts on social media updates of any new products and the work done which is always handy.
I've used this agent and this company for many many years now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
I highly recommend.

Shocking experience.
I ordered carpet and vinyl for my kitchen, and it was a disaster from start to finish. First, they gave me twice the amount of vinyl I needed but didn’t even fit it properly—leaving a gap of around 10 inches by my door. Then they supplied a cheaper carpet than the one I ordered.

I was sold a thick carpet with a strong backing, but what arrived was a flimsy version with a thin white backing, nowhere near the quality promised. When I complained, I was told this was simply the “new backing.” However, even the fitters (who were standing in the room with me when I called) admitted it was a completely different, lower-quality carpet.

The company took no responsibility whatsoever. I was constantly passed around—sales, head office, delivery—each giving excuses and blaming someone else. No solution, just endless buck-passing. Very unprofessional across all departments, who seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping their customer.

I paid £900 for carpet and vinyl I could have bought elsewhere for £400. I feel completely scammed.
Contacted them again in June 2025, and they was still doing the same. Still waiting for my call back, yet I never miss my payments.

Karl came to measure up today, spoke to him about what i was looking for and he was able to assist. Placed my order and carnt wait to have my carpets fit:) thanks Karl

Had our kitchen measured today by Karl and we was very impressed. Came with a range of vinyls to choose from and went through everything making sure nothing was missed. Now the wait for our kitchen flooring to be fitted 😆🙂

Recently had a sofa from pay per week area manager was great delivery guys were fantastic

Honestly a working family can struggle with expensive items like carpet sofas and so on this company helps with that i haven't spoken to a person that is ignorant to our situation they are kind people just trying to help excellent

The process was stress free and straight forward. Everything was explained clearly. The carpet we chose was fitted with no problems. Really good customer service throughout. Very happy with our purchase.

The whole process was smooth until my bed was delivered the delivery drivers have ruined my carpet I sent proof to be told I’ve signed an agreement that states if they ruin anything while coming into your house it’s not there fault that must of been in very small print on purpose so a carpet that cost me over a thousand pound is ruined .

Brilliant service used this company a few times now efficient and friendly staff very reliable.Most of all very affordable prices.

I would give this 0 stars if i could, please don't use this company i paid a deposit of 63 pound for a sofa and the one i wanted was going to take 8to 10 weeks so i decided to change the order but i was told that my sales rep would contact me in the meantime….still after 2 weeks nothing i gave up and wanted to cancel my order and asked for my money back and was told i wouldn’t get it back.

Very happy with the service from Jack he was so patient with me as I just couldn't make up mind I'm landed with my flooring it has completely changed my room can't wait to do more now
