A big fat NOPE...

I would rather hack off my leg with a blunt saw than deal the pure incompetence and negligence of this company again. That said, when I finally got some sense out of a lovely person called Ioana, she finally solved the problem, which took approximately 3 months to get to the bottom of. There, I think that nicely covers my experience with this company.

Bunch of liars ( Mehboob is a disgrace to work with)

Bunch of thieves. Unwilling signed me to 4 a year agreement . Anyway worst service you can get, unauthorised transaction payments , un helpful. Id rather pay double in fees than go with Paytek. He repeatedly said I can move on with a different company but kept changing his words. Avoid at all costs especially if the agent rep is Mehboob.
There is genuine companies out there.
Mehboob needs really investigating for misleading, gangster attitude.

I realised after one and half years I was still being charged for a contract I cancelled. Dianah looked into this and was very helpful and professional and got full refund of overpayments. She was excellent and very punctual and kept me upto date with the progress . Thank You so much Dianah

Avoid like the plague!

So after speaking to them on 6th November, they assured me the account was closed, I got another bill from them from them saying I've got to pay before they close the account. What a joke! This has gone on since July! Honestly avoid this company like the plague! Has to be the worst company I've ever delt with.

Do Not Know When It's Over

Everything was fine when we were still in contract with our payments provider as Paytek were their admin company, when we finish the contract term I informed the payments provider that we would not renew.
Paytek have continued to send invoices saying that we are in arrears. We did not have a contract with Paytek this was with South Coast payments who should have informed Paytek the contract was ended. I have told Paytek twice now that the contract had ended in July 2025 and still they send invoices and they have not replied to my emails, they are not listening or responding to information given to them.

The third party cancelled the service, left me with no means to take payment and Patek tell me I still owe them even though I moved companies and they cancelled the service..........

Paytek provides administrative and billing management on behalf of your service provider, who may also assign and transfer their rights under the agreement to Paytek as stated in clause 7.3 of the Terms of Agreement.

Please note, if you have switched to a new provider, you will be required to settle the balance outstanding on your agreement. I loved that the advisor I spoke with


I loved that the advisor I spoke with listened to my issue and appeared to appreciate and understand the significance of my complaint well enough to escalate it to a level that brought about the final resolution, which was reasonable, fair and relatively quick.

I disliked the fact that I had to argue my case at all and that Payteks’ initial response was to bypass the fact they were charging for services they did not provide and my association with them was via a 3rd party, not a direct agreement with them.

I disliked that a large company; relative to me as an individual business, was prepared to allow me to bare the burden of financial loss, due to their systems not set being set up to look out for me as a client.

The result has made me extremely wary of any future involvement with Paytek. The resolution arrived at, accepting human error is a factor that should not be taken advantage of, in the guise of compliance to contractual clauses, that do not honour fairness and integrity.

Businesses want to be able to partner with essential services without feeling they risk being taken advantage of when services legitimately come to an end.

Had a great experience with Catherine Hoey. Had an issue (which actually wasn't even Payteks problem). She dealt with the situation incredibly well. Went above and beyond to be honest. Highly recommend.

I was misold this product by a man


I was misold this product by a man called Iftikar as I was NOT told that there was no cooling off period. I could not cancel my old contract and the payoff for old contract was too much to continue with new contract I got in contact with the person that sold me the contract (Iftikar) and he said he would sort it, but I was then told there was nothing that could be done to cancel it. The company was no help so I had to pay for equipment for 2yrs that was NEVER used.
I would highly recommend that you do not use this company, they completely ripped me off and showed no mercy in trying to help solve the issue.

Although we are moving away from them

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Shitty company, agent called zit never picks up the phone and has been charging me for no reason. I already sent credit card termination in January and they are still trying to charge me. This company is a scam who’s only out there to steal all your money - do not trust them !
