I cancelled my card machine 3 years ago , the company was so not helping in cancelling, or collecting the machine. All in has to be the worst service ever, the only thing important is collecting your money. Disguted....

being chased by this company and now threatening court action . account was transferred in 2022 when buisness changed hands and payments made to new account holder ,continue to say that account was never transferred now after approx £ 1000 despite confirmation from agent that new acc holder had indeed received payments. shocking customer service

Scammers, avoid at all costs
They signed me up for a 4 year contract without my knowledge for a little bit of plastic that initially worked intermittently, to then not work at all a month later.
When I called them and told them I want my contract cancelling as the product is too unreliable for my needs, they refused to help, they’re only interested the payments.
Whatever you do, do not give these crooks your money.

They say we signed an agreement with paytek for 4 years with an agent but agent possible signed instead me. Now he don't answer to calls or messages.
Agent promisses only 0,03% from any card transactions but not informed me about £96 monthly fees...No contract, no my signature, cancelation fees almost £4000.
Big company of thieves protected by lawyers steals from small businesses.

We signed an agreement with paytek for 4 years with an agent. Said agent returned and offered us an alternative and said he will arrange the cancellation of the Paytek agreement. Turns out he lied, ended up paying for 2 agreements. Paytek refuse to help with anything. Paytek agents are only interested in sales and commission, paytek our heartless people.
