Even though arranging the fitting was a bit of a nightmare, the fitting was fast and well done. Carpet is good quality and a reasonable price. I found the office very helpful when I called too.

Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. Not sure if the fitters they provide…
Not sure if the fitters they provide are self taught or apprentices with the amount of adhesive spray left on the skirting boards after. I came home a week later after flying out the next day after the fitting to find 3/4 door bars are coming up from the carpet and when contacting the fitter he said he would let me know when he can come back and hasn’t done so. The company are not in anyway accommodating to get this resolved, wanting me to wait 2 weeks even when explained I will be back at work by then before anyone will come to look at it. If a job has not been done to the right standard then someone should be coming straight away or they should be onto the fitter who did this

I had my flooring done on 26th Feb this…
I had my flooring done on 26th Feb this year and after a week it started to bubble up and and get lumps. Since 26th Feb I have rang pay weekly flooring up 4 times and they promised me someone woild come out and sort the problem and for all 4 times I have been lied to and now they wont answer my calls I am seeking a full refund since last year I spent alot of money with this company and they have done me wrong.do not go to this company bunch of conmen

We take all feedback seriously, however your review contains a number of statements that are simply not accurate.
Firstly, Pay Weekly Flooring does not carry out fitting works. As clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all installations are completed by independent, self-employed fitters, and any workmanship-related concerns must be addressed directly with them.
That said, we have still made multiple efforts to assist by passing your concerns to the fitter and supporting communication — which goes beyond our legal responsibility.
We have no record of “ignored calls” as stated. Our lines are open during working hours, and all customer queries are logged and responded to accordingly. Claims that we have “lied” or are “not answering” are therefore misleading.
In relation to your request for a full refund, your flooring was custom cut and supplied specifically for your property, and as per our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If there is a genuine issue with the installation, the correct route remains with the fitter responsible. We are, as always, happy to assist in facilitating communication to help reach a resolution.
We kindly ask that reviews remain factual and directed at the correct party, as misleading or defamatory statements may be challenged.
