Had my laminate floor done today id highly recommend them, when I've phoned office they have been so helpful. Connor and his helper were the lovely chaps very polite when laying the flooring.

Then two men who bought the Lino were very helpful very polite and made it easy easy-going and cleaned up after myself which was a bonus. Would you recommend them to anybody?

Cameron and Bailey laid my LVT flooring today and they were both friendly,punctual, very professional,did a fabulous job and tidied up afterwards. So pleased with the flooring,it looks gorgeous. Than... もっず芋る

Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. Was meant to get my carpet fitted


Was meant to get my carpet fitted today,took a day off work & sat waiting all day,rang the office about 2.30pm to be told the fitter was just having something done to his van & it would probably be around 5pm to 6pm when he arrived,at 5.30 I WhatsApped & was told "it's only just 5pm" so I asked what time does the office close in case they don't turn up & was told 5pm,so now I'm sat here with no carpet,no way of contacting anyone as no one is replying on WhatsApp & a days wage down,not to mention the deposit & the weekly payments I've been paying.

I initially wrote a positive review however since then my flooring has come apart in a lot of places I don’t believe it was laid on the correct foundation in the first place so I had someone else look at it and that’s exactly what’s happened and because the flooring company never did proper checks until now I’m at fault a customer that has no idea about flooring I was sold somthing wrong on top of that they put a hold on my account for financial reasons all of a sudden I get an abusive message threatening me for the out standing balance I had genuinely forgot about until today I’m livid shoddy and disappointed and baffled at the recent message if I was send a invoice and a reminder of the payment it would of been paid in full but this is disgraceful and I’m taking it further

Consider this your warning

Consider this your warning.
This is up there with the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had as a customer.

A lack of communication as to when the appointment will be completed
Unprofessional fitters that arrive and complain about how much work some aspects of the job would be.

Hidden policy’s on refunds so now that I’ve requested a cancellation they are claiming that 50% of what I’ve paid will not be returned to me when this policy is no where to found was not sent to me

Absolutely ridiculous

My new flooring is amazing,,the two


My new flooring is amazing,,the two lovely people that came was fantastic,, they emptied my living room out,, pulled the old flooring up,,laid the new flooring,, put everything back in my living room took all the rubbish away for me,,had a lovely conversation with both of the fitters,,great people and a very great job,,well done guys,,it's perfect and I will use you again.

Had a beautiful carpet fitted today.

Had a beautiful carpet fitted today.. absolutely recommend this company.. the man that came to measure up was so lovely.. picked a beautiful carpet.. the carpet fitter was lovely too.. they came to my home in Kettering Northamptonshire so that was great for me.. fantastic from start to finish xx IV still got 2 rooms to have done so I will definitely use these from now on.. thankyou everyone 💞💞
