Scam scam scam

Sent me a message that I had a successful outcome from my capital one claim and I assumed that a payment was coming but they said I owe them £££ , what a disgusting scam , don’t use this firm for anything

We are sorry you feel disappointed.

Your complaint was upheld and resulted in redress from Capital One. As explained in our onboarding documents and agreement, lenders sometimes apply refunds directly to any outstanding balance rather than issuing a cash payment. This is known as an offset and reduces the overall debt owed.

Our fee is calculated on the total redress achieved, whether paid to you or applied to your balance, in line with the signed agreement.

We are happy to provide a clear breakdown of the figures if you contact us directly.

Positive claim

Reasonable communication, process very simple, did what they said on the website. % is quite high in terms of payment, but it's high for convivence and if you're willing to swallow the fee, the outcome is good.

Cheers, nice one

They did what they said they would and maintained good comms throughout the process. Most pleasing was the grand and a half they got me back off the billionaires. One nil to the people. Up the workers!

Be Careful

Please be careful and read the small print. Whatever the outcome you are charged and its not a small bill.Asked to cancel and was told I would be billed by the hour!

We believe this review may misunderstand our fee structure.

We operate on a genuine no win, no fee basis. If a complaint is not upheld, there is no charge. We do not bill clients by the hour.

Where a complaint is successful, our fee is calculated as a percentage of the redress achieved, in line with the signed agreement provided at the outset.

Awful

Awful. Repeatedly told me they had sent information to my bank when they hadn't, which resulted in the bank closing the case. Would have been easier doing it myself and in fact have ultimately

We take case handling accuracy very seriously and keep detailed records of all correspondence sent to lenders. It is not in our interests for a complaint to be closed due to missing information, and where additional documents are requested, these are provided promptly.

If a lender has closed a case in error or prematurely, we routinely challenge that decision and seek reinstatement.

Amazing help

When I was first contacted by TMS I thought here we go, promise everything deliver nothing. How wrong I was, received nearly £2000 and debt paid off. Amazing company

TMS legal has been absolutely amazing

TMS legal has been absolutely amazing. On a few occasions now they have managed to win my cases.
Today I have received £3600 into my account after a credit company charged me extremely high interest. I cannot believe how much I was owed and that TMS won!

TMS are very professional and have kept me updated throughout. I cannot thank them enough, truly.
