We had a map we were wanting to integrate onto our website and thought we could do it by just changing pictures, instead right went to the length to code in the map causing 0 lag and a more professional and immersive experience. Couldn't recommend him enough.

We asked Richard to work with us in transitioning our existing website for one company to another using a similar platform, but using his own templates to make it more efficient and seamless; and he did not disappoint! Using his own child theme of Kadence, the website is cleaner, more efficient, much faster to load and with some very minimal training, as easy to alter/modify ourselves.

Richard helped me with my Ubuntu server that was showing PHP and SQL errors. The problem was caused by invalid SQL syntax, which Richard was able to identify quickly and provide an adequate solution to. I would recommend the service to others.

We had a server issue with 504 timeout errors from Twilio's webhooks. Richard was asked to investigate the issue and provide recommendations on how to best solve it. After some time examining the server and errors, he suggested we split our infrastructure by adopting a "cloud" based hosting provider. He recommended DigitalOcean as he has expertise. Over the course of around a week, he had set us up and over a further few days, we worked through a number of kinks in the system to make it work as required. Working with Richard was a pleasurable experience, he is both highly knowledgeable and committed to achieving a solution. He solved our problem and we are extremely grateful for his support.
