I can’t thank Peachybbies enough for their amazing customer service! I had a slime —meant to be a Christmas present— shipped to the mainland for my sister to bring to Puerto Rico. She was carrying it in her carry-on luggage and TSA unfortunately confiscated the slime base, but Peachybbies went above and beyond to help by sending me a replacement. The new base slime arrived safely, and it was absolutely perfect—great texture, amazing scent, and clearly made with so much care. It really meant a lot that they were willing to help and make sure my daughter received her slime, which was the #1 gift on her list. This company’s products are amazing, and they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely continue supporting and recommending Peachybbies. Thank you so much!
Customer service rocks.
My slime arrived damaged during transit. I contacted customer service and could not be more pleased with the prompt and efficient resolution. A new slime was immediately sent at no charge.
I realize things happen during shipment through no fault of Peachybbies but I cannot rate customer service higher. We will continue to be a loyal customer.
kind of disappointing but not horrible
i received my slime i always wanted to order from them and i was very excited i got it today and it smells very chemically and not very sweet which isn’t that bad but it’s an icee slime and it’s extremely rubbery

My customer service experience was excellent. I sent an email; I received an immediate response that my email would be reviewed and addressed soon. A few hours later I had a thoughtful personal response and resolution to my problem. This is a product my grandchildren get excited about and I will continue to buy.

Peachy for the win...
I had my first order about 7 days before Christmas. It did suffer some delay from FedEx and the holidays but Peachy was very good about resolving. I had already ordered another group of slime and got it today. It was so much fun. I look forward to ordering a 3rd set and living in my slime era.
My daughter wanted slime for Christmas…
My daughter wanted slime for Christmas so I ordered some. It came in time for Christmas, however the slime was packaged in an envelope. As a result the lid broke leaving the slime exposed. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Given the price of this product I would at least expect a response. Giving one star for customer service, not the product.

This is our favorite slime! We have ordered many times. When we had a package get lost they were great! Good response time and sent a replacement. Highly recommend Peachybbies.

Fabulous customer service! They sent out a replacement as soon as they were aware that my original order hadn’t arrived. I have ordered from PeachyBbies before and my daughter loves their slime. Will order again and definitely recommend. Great product, fab customer service, what more could you want? Thank you ☺️
Terrible no communication
Terrible no communication, 2 messages no reply, spent £130 delivery status not updated in nearly four weeks. Very disappointed, not going to be ordering again, international buyers, purchase at your own risk.
I had an excellent customer service…
I had an excellent customer service experience with Peachy BBies. I placed a large order which was shipped to an old address (where it was stolen before I could go pick it up), and the company replaced my order for free. I was so relieved. The slimes are always just what my child expects and she loves them.
Great customer service, even on a Sunday!
Placed an order on a Sunday, but realized shortly after that another family member had already ordered the same items. Wasn’t able to cancel on the order confirmation page, so I submitted a contact form and sent an email to hopefully get the order cancelled. I heard back from someone within an hour (on a Sunday, mind you) letting me know the order had been cancelled. Great customer service, really appreciate the quick reply, especially on a weekend!
Do not use if based in Europe
I order slime for over 57 euro I then paid 25 euro shipping, this was the only thing asked for this Christmas and it's looking like thanks to Micah and Kent there will be nothing.
The package was ordered on the 2nd of November on the 18th it said it had arrived in its destination of France, after emailing this in concern to Kent I was brush off that it would arrive on the 9th of December. I emailed again on the 9th stating it was still in France, it took nearly 3 days to get a response.
The response was the package was probably lost and they would resend but I would have to pay the difference in the shipping prices to get it expedited, I had to agree as at this point I have no choice. However they then send me an invoice for 45 euro which is the full expedited cost not the difference. Further emails querying this have gone unanswered.
Do not use this company if your based in Europe, their customer service is atrocious.

Purchased slime bundle for my daughter for christmas. Slime itself €57 and to get it over to Ireland another €20-€25 with DHL. Package arrive in France on 18th Nov and hasnt moved since. Contacted Dhl, they advised package seems to be stuck i needed to contact seller so an investigation can start and get package moving again. So i contacted peachybbies, first of all got michael then micah. This is all done through a message box and they reply via email. Once they have replied which roughly takes 1-2days, they will not pick up and reply again for another 1-2 days. Michael couldnt have been bothered looking into it because to ship to ireland takes 8-25 business days and not to worry this delay is normal!! I replied stating as it was a santa present i cant wait that long and dhl had said the sender needed to push this on. Then micah came back to me saying yes it was stuck in customs, so they will replace it but at this stage if i want it before christmas it has to be expedited and that is at my expense, another €35. I am still waiting on a reply from micah to guarantee me delivery before christmas but as i have put in a complaint my messages are now being replied to a lot slower. Customer support is not up to standard at all and as i am an international customer who has ordered their product well in advance of christmas but they have failed to deliver, they are not in the slightest bit helpful. As it stands i have paid over just shy of €80 and i have nothing to show for it. Have I even been scammed?? I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND
