Peacock insurance phoned me when I was looking for a quote for household insurance, I spoke to someone called Evan Clarke and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with my queries. I’ve spoken to a few insurance companies over the last few days…..Evan was a star compared to the rest!
As a result of Evan’s manner and help I am taking out insurance with Peacock.

Hi had spoke with Evan clarke regarding a quote for home insurance, at the time it was unsuitable due to work ,so arranged a call back.evan explained it all to me ,was polite and friendly so went ahead and I took out the policy. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again,as for my home insurance policy I hope I don't need it .but it all good .thanks again

I dealt with Evan in the new business department. Phoning to get insurance is not everyone’s idea of a good time, but I came off the phoning smiling and was still chuckling half an hour later. First contact via Martin Lewis Money Expert. Their quote was about 3rd cheapest out of 28 received. I then did my own online research about Peacock Insurance. Reviews read well. Rang Peacock insurance and spoke to Regan Olley. Very straight forward information and helpful. Quite happy to send all info in paper format. We live in a very rural area and no computer. I decided to take out a home insurance having had to chase Howden who 'recently took over aplan'. Noticeable lower standard of customer service and vast increase in premium. We have never claimed on house insurance which has run for over 30yrs..

Excellent service from Mike and Brendan at Peacock Insurance. We had an unusual request from one of our customers and they helped us out and got the information over to us the same day. Fantastic customer service, helpful, polite and professional, would highly recommend!

Talked with Regan Olley concerning caravan insurance and found him very polite and friendly. Also Peacock's insurance quote which included old for new etc. was very competitive therefore went ahead and purchased a policy to cover my caravan for the following year.
