Peacocks Pest Control Ltd レビュー

Knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely investigative. We have used Peacocks Pest Control for both rats and mice and have been extremely impressed with Gareth and Jordan.

Both are biologists as well as qualified pest-control professionals, and that knowledge makes a noticeable difference to the way they work. Rather than simply putting down traps, they investigate the property and use their understanding of rodent behaviour to establish what is happening and, importantly, how the rodents are getting in.

They have identified routes we would never have recognised ourselves, from a hole rodents had made in our shed and damage where they had chewed through lead on our flat roof to possible access through the drainage system. Their findings allowed us to take practical preventative measures, including installing a non-return valve in a sewer pipe.

They are also meticulous about hygiene and exceptionally tidy. Dead rodents and any associated contamination are dealt with thoroughly and disposed of properly.

Professional, approachable and exceptionally knowledgeable. You feel that Gareth and Jordan genuinely want to understand and solve the problem, not just deal with what is immediately visible. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service, gave some sound advice

Great service! Responded quickly to me and offered solutions to our problem. Would highly recommend.

Peacocks responded in a timely and efficient manner to my enquiry.
I like that they don't turn up in a brightly coloured van therefore keeping their presence discreet
Throughout the investigation the engineer explained his process and also gave tips on how best to avoid recurrence of my "visitors".
Traps were set and a follow-up appointment for their removal and remedial work was set before they left.

No one wants a pest issue, but if you do, you're going to want these people to deal with it.

Would recommend Peacock Pest Control to anyone

Knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and polite - what more can you ask for!? Highly recommended!

I am allergic to wasp stings and it was very reassuring to see them destroyed. Peacock will be my first line of defence in future

Very professional and pleasant to deal with

From my first phone contact with Peacocks I was impressed by their professionalism and friendly, reassuring attitude towards my squirrel problem. The staff who visited were polite and efficient. I would happily recommend Peacocks.

Excellent service would highly recommend them

Great service and really good value. Peacocks were very quick to respond to my enquiry and arranged a survey promptly. We suspected we had a rat problem, which they confirmed, and their survey report and recommendations were clear and helpful.

Once we decided to go ahead with the recommended work, they were able to come back within just a few days. On both visits, they were thorough, tidy and cleaned up which was much appreciated. Every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and full of useful advice. I also really appreciated their humane approach.

Would happily recommend.

I particularly like the ethos of this company and found Gareth to be very helpful and thorough in solving a problem which was not as obvious as it might have been.
I was very pleased with Gareth's manner and service.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional

Clearly Gareth knows his stuff when it comes to pests. Practical and pragmatic, cannot fault, highly recommend.

Gareth provides excellent insight and analysis of the situation and provides good customer service

Highly professional and competent people absolutely recommend. Full survey thorough and envireonmentally frirendly.

Fantastic service at short notice and everything was very well explained.

Exceptional! This team where responsive and clear with the expectations. Jordan was fantastic! He was thorough and explained everything clearly, he put my mind at ease and the team where focused on fixing the route case and not just taking temporary-preventative action. I highly recommend them all if you need through, honest, transparent and successful solutions to pest control! Thank you Jordan and team!

We were really impressed with Gareth's knowledge of rats and their behaviour. He was also very thoughtful of the factors around him. For example suggested traps rather than poison as there were cats and dogs around our garden.

In the end, Gareth found an access point to the sewers that was nolonger closed as it should be. He sorted that out and our problem was solved. Thank you Gareth!!
