Peacocks Pest Control Ltd レビュー

Gareth and Peacocks Pest Control have been brilliant from start to finish. They responded to my initial enquiry about noises in the loft very quickly, and came round the next day to start investigating things. Gareth is very knowledgeable, and identified the issue straightaway, and suggested a clear plan, which he followed through until the problem was resolved. They were very reliable, and communication throughout was very clear and honest, and they explained everything they were doing. Plus they didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need or pressure me into buying their services, unlike some other companies I'd previously had dealings with! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The very best pest control professional i've ever engaged. Gareth was really thorougher and really polite. He explained the situation and gave me my options clearly. He also went well over and above solving the problem.

He sealed every possible entry point, remove the mice that had already made their way in. and came back for multiple check ups and making sure the problem was actually solved

Very professional and ensured that the cause was treated.

I cannot recommend Gareth enough. He was so professional at all times. He parked down the road as not to draw attention to my house very thoughtful. Thank you for the advise and the quick response to my call.

Very friendly and talked through everything, thorough and always quick on email with any questions

I recently used this pest control company and they are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly a very genuine business. Gareth is a true subject‑matter expert — scientific in his approach and able to explain everything clearly and confidently.

We’ve had the treatment done and so far, so good.

Good service from initial visit, to advice on how to remove mice infesting utility room via the garage, and to mouse-proofing the garage. No signs of mice since the mouse-proofing took place. Perfect result.

We were delighted to find Peacock’s Pest Control, having discovered an unwelcome guest in our shed. Lucy and Gareth are incredibly warm, friendly and professional and from the moment we spoke with them, we instantly felt reassured. Communication was excellent throughout. Gareth was thorough, lifting drain covers and exploring every inch of our front driveway and back garden to establish the routes used by the creature. It was fascinating to learn how its age, size and diet could be gleaned from the pellets. Gareth produced a detailed report and returned after a few weeks to find that the animal had been caught and had been dining on boxes of grass seed, as suspected. Gareth used mesh to patch up the entry points and disinfected the shed, helping us to go through all the chewed and damaged items. He and Lucy are extremely considerate and it has been a pleasure to deal with such an ethical and caring company. Thoroughly recommend.

Very friendly and professional with exceptional knowledge and service. Quick to arrive and takes the time to understand and fully look into the situation. Goes above and beyond!
Will definitely recommend and use again.

So grateful for Gareth's expertise and tenacity in sorting out my squirrel problem! And so appreciated his concern for wildlife while recognising that incursions are unwelcome. I hope I don't need to call Gareth out again, but I won't hesitate to if necessary!

Gareth was very responsive and professional from the start. He quickly arranged a visit, carried out a thorough inspection, and clearly explained the issue and next steps.

The treatment setup was comprehensive and gave us confidence that the problem is being handled properly, including identifying the root cause.

Overall, a reliable and knowledgeable service — would definitely recommend.

Gareth was very informative, clean working, quick, and a very nice person. Difficult project, but we got there in the end, no mess either.

I can’t praise Gareth enough for sorting out our massive rat problem in the loft and utility room. He was highly knowledgeable in his field of expertise, friendly, personable and a pleasure to greet at the door over a period of months while he diligently sought to solve the case. He described it as one of the most complicated and difficult jobs he’d ever done as the rats were coming in from three diverse locations, but he painstakingly sort out and blocked them all. I would highly recommend Peacock Pest Control with their personal and very conscientious approach, over one of the well-known ‘big’ companies.

Fantastic service from Gareth and Lucy- friendly, helpful, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.

Gareth was great, really committed to prevention instead of just managing pests. We'll see how effective the measures are layer in the year, but so far we are very happy with the work.

Honestly. Absolutely brilliant experience working with Gareth. Highest professional standards and a very intelligent guy who is thorough and determined to resolve the root cause of any problem. Years we’ve had issues, companies have come out and given us short term resolutions only for the problems to come back. Not this time. Couldn’t speak more highly of Gareth and his work. Thank you

Easy to work with, helpful, knows his field, polite and friendly. He runs his small business focussed on this area and is transparent with pricing and super helpful.

Removed the squirrels and even blocked up the hole in the roof.

Excellent service carried out with courtesy and a depth of knowledge. Thank you.

Really knowledgeable and personable staff. They communicate quickly, ask the right questions to understand the issue and talk through a plan of action before getting on with the job. Brilliant company! Thank you!

Very responsive and easy to deal with. Gareth did a great job at our house dealing with a moth infestation.
