Peacocks Pest Control Ltd レビュー

Fantastic service , Gareth is amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has been helping with a significant rat problem in my garden ( me feeding the wildlife)!
He is so focused on resolving the problem and has never made me feel embarrassed ( I am) for causing this problem myself.
He is truly a lovely person to engage with and I am delighted with the results .

Gareth was prompt and communicated the process well, so I knew what to expect. He was courteous, positive, tidy and calm which was a great comfort for a family with young children.
He dealt efficiently with the large wasps nest that was located in an area which was difficult to access without a fuss or charged a very reasonable fee.
There isn't anything negative or that I see that needs improvement, but we did pay him more than he charged because he deserved more.
I have no hesitation in recommending this business to others or contracting them when the need arises.

I am very impressed with Peacocks Pest Control who I have been using for the past year. They provide a complete investigation and treatment service at a reasonable price and will not stop until the pest problem has been eradicated. The founder and owner, Gareth, is a qualified and experienced biologist and pest control expert who takes the time and trouble to investigate the cause of the pest problem ((rats, mice, bees, wasps) before explains the treatment plan and implementing the solution. In my case , apart from laying traps, this also included preventative measures such as installing or repairing door draft excluders or repairing masonry cracks where mice might enter.

I have been so impressed that I have regular visits from Gareth to ensure effective pest management.

Friendly, reliable service with great communication throughout. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was realistic and fair, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Would happily recommend and continue using their services.

I would highly recommended Peacocks Pest Control to anyone. Gareth is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable in his field.
From my first point of contact Gareth had booked my appointment within 48hrs, and was very punctual on the booked follow up appointment.
My issues were fully rectified and without any fuss or drama.

Very helpfull local company.
I had a problem with a rat(s)? getting into my attic.
Gareth set up traps and two cameras to identify where they were gaining entry. One rat caught.
They seem to be coming from my neighbours property, who refuses entry. so unable to fully identify entry point.
As of now no further sign of entry has been found.

I had rats under floorboards which had gnawed through pipes, so no hot water or heating! Gareth put baited traps, (no poison) & also identified how they got in. He knows what he talks about, and is very personable.
After 2 visits, I am now rat free!
I would certainly recommend him.

Great service. Solved our rat problem.

Highly recommend Gareth - he's professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to resolve any pest issues.
A great company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of pest control services.

Gareth was excellent and very honest. He explained everything I could do myself without him, and he identified the source of our problem and resolved it swiftly.

At no point did I feel like I was being pressured for money or that anything was being done to increase the cost of treatment.

I would strongly recommend him, and he will be my first point of contact if I have any future issues.

Gareth and Lucy at Peacocks Pest Control are brilliant. We have had them in a number of times now, and also now have a service contract with them. Would highly recommend, very knowledgeable and professional. A+

Gareth came within two hours, and sorted out the wasp nest. Happy!

I am incredibly impressed with the service I have received from Peacocks Pest Control. Gareth is professional, knowledgeable, arriving promptly to assist and very trustworthy. It is great to support a local family run business. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use their services again in the future should the need arise.

We discovered a wasps nest late on a Friday afternoon and Gareth arrived after sunset, prepared himself and carried out a successful destruction and clearing of the invasion. Excellent service at such short notice.

Very polite and efficient service. Was able to provide a cheaper solution than what was originally quoted and was honest enough to say so. An all too rare level of integrity these days. Highly recommended.

Excellent service!

Professional, efficient and friendly, Gareth is a pleasure to deal with and is highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Gareth highly enough. I found him friendly conscientious and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.
