Appalling service Peak pharmacy Ilkeston
Iâm a disabled customer who receives multiple scripts every week. My husband picks these up. Rarely are the scripts available the day they are due often 24-48 hours later. My husband enquired about having an important script delivered for controlled medicine as he had a hip replacement and canât drive. We were told by the pharmacist as soon as we received the script text to call the pharmacy and they will arrange delivery. We did this and were told that wasnât possible, someone had to come in and physically pick them up. We explained there was no one available to help us. My husband 2 days into hip replacement surgery has gone in a taxi to get the prescription. Itâs not like they havenât let us down before. There was no apology from the pharmacy. Bath St Ilkeston.
