Sehr zufrieden

Ich habe aus Österreich bestellt und von der Firma nie zuvor gehört, Das Kundenservice war super, ein Email war binnen 24 Stunden beantwortet und ein paar Tage spÀter hat mich die Dame sogar angerufen und sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Ware ist gut verpackt und unbeschÀdigt angekommen.

Livraison rapide, commande bien emballée, produits tels qu'attendus (mis à part de légÚres traces de peinture blanche sur un miroir noir, mais dans le dos de ce dernier, donc pas gênant)

Colis pas reçu

Jusqu'a maintenant je n'ai pas reçu mon colis...
UPS ne fait pas correctement sont travail.
TrÚs déçu..., parce que ça n'empêche de finir mon chantier.

je reste sur ma faim... car aprés avoir commandé deux articles, seize jours aprés je n'ai tjrs rien reçu : colis perdu... enquête ouverte...j'éspere qu'il y aura une fin heureuse...
