I placed an order a few months ago . I have contacted them to let them know I did not receive my order . They are telling I received my order which I did not . This company is a scam .

A testament to a company's performance is whether you would choose to refer them to friends & family. I have no hesitation in doing this & have done so to several people already. The company are clear, professional, communicate regularly & engage with you on current & potential opportunities. Penguin have not failed to deliver for me as yet & I will continue to recommend them.

Tom was very helpful from start to finish and was very thorough in the process of helping me understand my pension, the options and opportunities to me.

My Financial Advisor at Penguin Wealth, Tom Davies, worked tirelessly to find the right mortgage for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I spoke to Tom, many times over the phone, and sent him a number of emails. Every time, Tom responded to me promptly, always fully answering any questions that I had. He was patient and was fully determined in finding the best mortgage for me.

My Dad, after extensive research, chose Penguin and in particular Craig Palfrey to manage his money - they set up Trusts, wrote Dads and Mums wills and invested their lifetimes earnings.
So as a result I 'inherited' Penguin and their services and I couldn't be happier. The whole team are friendly, professional, accommodating and just generally all round great people! Both my parents died within years of each other - Penguin were magnificent - no question that I asked was deemed stupid, they dealt with all my needs sensitively and compassionately. All their actions and those through my parents ensured that I was protected from a massive inheritance tax bill, everything was above board and explained clearly and as many times as I needed it.
I have now transferred my pensions to Penguin and I now have all my investments with them - I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have complete peace of mind even in these uncertain times, and I have a clear idea of my financial future.

Classing ourselves as "the ordinary man in the street", when it came to financial planning for us, and the future inheritance of our daughter, we had no idea where to start. We floundered around just keeping our assets in very poor return building societies and banks! Then one day we received a friendly flyer from a financial advisor inviting us to a seminar in a hotel with lunch included!! We took them up on their offer and went along expecting to be none the wiser when we came out! We were bowled over by the talk we were all given, inasmuch as we all understood every word!!.
This firm turned out to be Penguin. We signed up for a private meeting there and then. We have never regretted one second of it.
Here we are more than 10 years on, our assets being carefully and expertly managed by a tremendous team. Everyone an expert in whatever aspect of financial advice you need. Business advice, mortgages, wills, old age care, every aspect of youd finances in fact. Our wills were carefully thought out and worded in a way that left no doubt as to our wishes concerning our daughter's future after our days.
Every aspect of our old age was taken care of, leaving us without any worries when we would no longer be able to look after ourselves. That is so important these days!
Needless to say, the rest of our assets were put into different investments which have continued to grow and surpass our expectations. When changes are needed due to the ups and downs of the worldwide economies, Penguin's specialists have,after seeking our permission, never failed to keep everything on the right path.
That first day, at that seminar, changed our lives and our future. We live our lives with no worries regarding our finances, and our daughter's inheritance is in the safest hands we know.

I've been listed as executor for a relative for more than 10 years but it wasn't until Penguin held a webinar on probate that I understood what that entailed. The whole process of probate was thoroughly and clearly explained in a way that a layperson could easily understand. The webinar was an eye opener that's not only helped me to be better prepared come the day when I'm called on to execute a will, but also to prepare the executors of my own will for what is expected.

I remember once being told by Craig to put their number in our phones because when the worst happened we had the number of the '4th Emergency Service' at our fingertips. Sadly he was right, twice. Penguin have supported me through the complexities of estate planning, wills, tax, processes galore and all the things I don't excel at or even want to know about! They take the complex subject into their safe hands and you are guided and supported through areas that they are experts in and you need reassurance and clarity with. On a brighter note, it's not all about the aftermath of losing a precious family member. They have sorted a mortgage out for me, they consolidated my pensions and now that's actually a growing investment pot - there are many aspects to what they can do for your finances. The important thing is they do it brilliantly, I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been with penguin from the start and with Craig Palfrey before that and have found them to be excellent in what they have done for me enabling me to retire at the time I wanted to growing my old company pension funds and teaching me how to plan the staff are so helpful and Rhianydd will sort any problem

We have been with Penguin Wealth Management for 15 years and have been more than happy with the advice and service we have been given regarding our finances. They have provided planning for our retirement and pension, updated our wills, organised our Family Trust and secured our children's inheritance. We had a recent zoom meeting with Craig to update our situation and once again, good advice was given. Customer Service is excellent and we always have a quick response to any queries. Being a complete beginner when it comes to managing my finances I couldn’t recommend this company more. They have set up life and critical illness cover for me, as well as a pension plan. Being a nurse, I work long hours but they’ve been very flexible in arranging telephone meetings to meet my availability. If you’re like me and don’t know where to start when it comes to managing your money and your future, I would recommend arranging a meeting with penguin.

Initially I had faith in Penguin Wealth, Craig gives a good sales pitch.

Having worked in Financial Services to Management level for over 30 years,
I know good practice & service when I see it.

They have no fit & proper transparent way of recording an individuals attitude to risk, in my case this was scribbled on a piece of note paper - then they lump your pension into high risk even when your retired or medically ill - obviously so they can get the best commissions.

Simply shocking & bad practice - unless their selling you something they don’t want to know.

The staff use the bully tactics,
They tried to push me into making pension changes while the markets were in freefall,
I was told they won’t accept my wish to stay in cash while the markets were crashing -
If I wanted to do that I’d have leave them and manage the pension myself.
That’s when I decided I would do just that, I don’t respond well to threats.

Basically by holding pension in cash they weren’t earning off me.

I could have lost everything.

Customer Service is appalling, they don’t answer emails.

I have been trying to move my pension from them since April 2020 after losing a big chunk, it’s now July 2020 and I still don’t know why they’ve not organised my pension so I can transfer it.

Update:
Today I found out, back in April they failed to check with pension provider if my pension can be moved,
The answer is no it can’t, not until the provider deems it safe to do so.

Today I was told -
‘I presumed you’d be able to leave provider’..
Without checking with pension provider on my behalf - 3 months ago!

I’ve been totally neglected since telling them I wanted to leave.

I had to remind them that they still have a duty of care to me.

I’ve lost 000’s this year due to their repeated incompetence.

I would be suspicious of previous reviews some surnames are same as staff members, and I don’t mean a common surname.

I wouldn’t recommend them.

Penguin Wealth Management are an excellent expanding financial advice company with well qualified/accredited staff. They believe in staff development and training which impressed us and now have a legal department which is helpful. We have been benefiting from their advice for 4 years now and this has covered planning my retirement/pension; Family Trusts; investing our inheritances and simplifying/streamlining our investments; updating wills. We have the utmost confidence in them as they are helpful, efficient, personable, friendly yet professional, easily accessible, treat us as individuals and explain things at our level very patiently! They give us peace of mind, regularly communicate to us about our investments and explain the impact of UK and world events, providing monthly newsletters. We have recommended them to many friends. They have tried very hard to keep in touch and keep us informed during the pandemic.I am aware they do a lot of work with businesses but cannot comment on this. Craig and Rhianydd who we deal with the most are great!

I can honestly say that I feel 100% better about my finances and future since I've been a Penguin client despite the very difficult economic situation we are all now in. I chose Penguin because they were open and approachable, clear and honest, clearly good at what they do (they have won many awards which provide an independent assessment of this), patient and supportive. They are also very principled. The tasks they have helped me with have all been done professionally efficiently and been clearly explained. Their hands-on day to day management of my finances gives me massive peace of mind and I believe will produce good returns in the long run. I trust them. Which is not an easy thing to come by.
