David A was very helpful from start to finish, and i requested a call on my mobile after he was very helpful on the webchat which he did. He also managed to get me a great deal on the You 1000 with zero hassle or silly questions, and the process was quick and smooth from start to finish. Great company to buy DJ gear off, friendly on the phone and informative and once my Pioneer standalone unit was in stock (as they were on back order) i had a call to confirm the good news and it arrived 2 days later so i am very happy with the end to end service and calls with updates etc.., i will certainly use the DJ shop again :-)
