I appreciated the company's honesty when they ran into a supply issue and couldn't deliver on the requested date. Other businesses might just have failed to deliver. But Welsh cheese company gave me options. The product was delayed by only a day which was well worth the wait - the gift was wondeful

My order arrived with the plants in excellent condition - they had been very well packed. This is so refreshing because my experience with other online plant orders has been very poor.

The product is good quality - feels very soft and is extremely warm.
The description says it is washable but didn't make it clear that it is hand wash only. I also expected that the power device could be take apart to make the washing easier but this is not the case. So it is very awkward to clean
