Lads came to install the door on time and just over an hour later completed the joɓ. Well happy with the end result,cleaned up no mess Door looks great. Would recommend.

Good telephone conversations and visits from pleasant staff members and clear explanations.

Budget windows were professional and helpful, they explained how the windows worked, one part was missing on one of the windows and after all the windows were fitted went and collected the part and fitted it. Walked me round to see if everything was ok, a couple of tiny bits which was rectified professionally. Would recommend them.

Two fitters Chris and Steve replaced my conservatory roof two very skilled knowledgeable and well mannered men they have done a excellent job I am very pleased with their work

The sales rep was polite and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Can’t give 5 stars as the windows aren’t fitted as yet.

I haven't had my windows fitted yet but certainly when surveyor(s) came round, were polite & helpful. Had a provisional / approximate date of starting so keeping fingers crossed. I feel that this questionnaire is far too soon to comment on to be fair! Ask me again when work is completed (I hope the rain holds off by the time comes to do them). I also hope they give me plenty of notice so I can get helpto prepare rooms affected.

First salesman sold us the wrong door all he talked about was him self but the next salesman was class and very good at his job he was a pleasure to talk to

From start to finish , first class customer service . All staff friendly and respectful of what was needed. The initial visit to discuss windows went well no pressure put on to buy . Kept upto date by office staff regarding fitting date and time men would arrive . On the day the men arrived within time we were told , all were very friendly and respectful of property . We were told to stay in living room keep warm they would start upstairs then swap over when finished . All worked really hard cleaning up after themselves . Would recommend them as they did a great job and I am very happy with the windows .

From seeing sales person to seeing guy that measured ever thing and constant calls from office up to now excellent service

From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. Although the price is on the higher side, I strongly believe in the adage that quality comes at a cost. The windows are impeccable, and I'm looking forward to testing their effectiveness during the winter.

Ben was very helpful and talked us through our requirements. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Then Rob came to do a survey to measure sizes required. Again he was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

I asked for a long handle composite front door but the surveyor said he couldn't put it on because they are changing over their system and its not letting him but he will make sure we get the right door. When they sent the surveys and the pictures, it has the short handle and I called the office immediately and they promised to sort it out. Today, they came with a composite short handle front door which I won't let them fix because am doing the new windows mainly because of that door.
