Not a happy bunny

Ok. I thought that by asking PensionBee to get my pensions in one pot would be simple, as they kept saying how easy it is. I thought that my National Insurance number would be the one thing needed. I was wrong. I spent days getting all the information together myself and do far only one pot has been put into my pot.

Helpful and clear pension service

Helped me locate my my pension quickly and now consolidated in one place where I can easily track it. Pensions confused me a bit but the plans are easy to understand

Amazing company

Amazing company , didnt have a clue how to sort out all my previous pensions and move them in one pot ,until I came across this awesome company, highly recommend 😀

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Trying to get a small pension out and nearly 9 months later they keep moving the goalpost. We are talking less than £7k. I told them l was living in Spain, they asked for bank statements and a bill. I sent everything only when l chased to be told they didn’t transfer to Spanish accounts. That l needed a UK bank account so l sent them one, then proof of my UK address. I explained l didn’t have a UK address. I feel l am in Groundhog Day, we keep going round and round. Then proof of my Spanish address, once received l would get my money. Now they have asked for other information which l have sent.
For finding pensions they are ok, unless it’s difficult. But to get money back, your money l might add, they are appalling.

Pension Transfer was excellent

Pension Transfer was excellent. Brilliant service from my bee keeper Patryk. Answered emails promptly and you can check on transfer process anytime once logged in to your account. I was a bit worried transferring an old pension at first but I need not have been. I’m pleased I chose Pension Bee.
