Very disappointed service
I waited in all day for my washing machine to be delivered (Order No: AOL219176xxx). Within 10 minutes of the machine being installed, it started leaking.
Frustrated, I contacted the driver at 078 030 017 xxx. He was on his way to another delivery, which I understood. He asked me to text my postcode (which they should already have) and send a video of the leak. I complied and was told he would return after completing the delivery.
An hour passed, and I heard nothing. I tried calling — no answer. I called again, but his phone was switched off. I sent two more texts, but still no response.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a connection service, expecting professionalism, but was left with a leaking machine and no resolution. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company handles them that matters. In this case, the company disappeared.
I will be contacting my credit card provider to dispute the connection fee. This experience is precisely why I always use a credit card for purchases like this.
To the company: I have call logs, texts, and video evidence to support my claims, so don’t attempt to dismiss this review as fake or spam. It’s not about the money; it’s about the principle. I’m extremely disappointed.
