Ordering was easy, and processed quickly. I paid for quick delivery, and my order arrived in time. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Everything except the packaging was great, the package was a little too lightly packed but luckily my new pencils were fine. The box was torn because there was not enough protection around the primary packaging inside the large box.

Shocking company, responded to emails before I asked for a refund, soon as I asked for a refund I didn’t hear from them. 04april to 20april is ridiculous delivery times. Even china has better delivery speeds. £6.10 I paid for delivery and it’s a shambles. May I also point out the man who has a big gap is a total abomination, quoting £20 fees as if we are in some type of contract, I wanted a ball roll pen not a formal contract. I would avoid unless you’re from Sweden, man with big nose is a liability to the company, also lose the different domains in servers countries as they are clearly annoying to customers expecting a 3 day delivery service but instead are met with a 30 day wait, and a formal contract too, don’t forget that formal contract you sign when you buy a ball point pen or some rubber putty, absolutely sensational.

The refund doesn’t matter to me Hannah, the point still stands, your shocking staff told me I had to pay £20 to get a refund, what kind of business practice is that? You only refund my money now since HSBC have told you to, so don’t act like you refunded me; HSBC refunded me. My point still stands this company is shocking, and I do hope they go back to the drawing board and sack the individuals running it into the ground.

Mijn klacht is dat er blijkbaar geen begrip is dat ik met mijn, inmiddels, 81 jaar niet gezien heb dat ik 4 pennen van ong 19 euro besteld heb en ruim 30 euro ging betalen via ideale. Ik heb gereclameerd maar het antwoord was dat ik zelf heb aangegeven dat het oer express verzonden moest worden. 7, 50 voor verzenden is al pittig maar vrij normaal. Ik heb niets aangevinkt! Het zou fijn zijn als er contact was geweest met...is dit uw bedoeld mw? Ik ga geen reclame maken voor Penstore.com als ze niet aan mijn verzoek, restitutie van het teveel betaald gaan voldoen, maak ik geen positieve reclame!
