Pricey and poor delivery
Bought a few small items and paid for express delivery, for the speed & convenience of not having to physically go shopping.
One item was 40% more expensive than the same item available locally.
Unfortunately PenStore's delivery partner was UPS, who lost an item en route and repackaged the parcel. PenStore communication was clear, polite, and eventually refunded me for the missing item.
But overall I wasted money on express delivery and I ended up having to physically go shopping anyway. Wish I'd just done that from the beginning.

Nice pen but disappointed with engraving
I purchased a parker pen with a name engraved on it. The pen arrived and it's a nice pen but I was disappointed with the font size. It's much smaller than I thought it would be. In the past, I've purchased a parker pen with a name engraved (although not from the penstore) and it arrived and the font size was perfect. I didn't see any options to select the size of the font, just the style of it, when I was checking out. I'd suggest adding a size option.

Der Kundenservice ist katastrophal. Keine kostenlose Rücksendung, obwohl ich den Artikel gegen einen anderen umtauschen wollte. Nur ausweichende KI-Antworten. Ich hätte das Rücksendungsporto nach Schweden bezahlen sollen.

This is a drop shipping group
This is a drop shipping group that pretends to operate in several countries while actually only operating out of Sweden, if even.
Sold me a pen and charged me for a delivery.
Then failed to deliver the pen.
Blamed me for canceling the delivery and then said they would only refund me when they got the pen back.
Got the pen back and didn’t refund me. Nearly 30 days later still fighting me on the refund.
Scammers avoid at all costs
