My order was delivered damaged.
Sent to me in a flimsy envelope, not secure at all. Instead of sending me replacement straigh away I got offered store credit to place an order again 🤯
Such a poor customer service.
I decided to get refund which I still haven't received.!!

The pen I bought was lovely. It was for a graduation gift which came and went it took so long to be delivered!

Excellent products, bad delivery
Products in offer are excellent and there's plenty to choose from, but the shipping took forever and when it finally arrived the box was smashed and half open. I'm sure it's not the store's fault but they should keep a closer eye on how the shipping company handles their stuff.

Ich habe mehrere Produkte für meine Tochter gekauft. Der Versand und die Erfahrung mit Penstore waren sehr gut. Leider war die Knetmasse der Marke Jove nicht vorrätig, sodass ich die von Primo gekauft habe. Die hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Sie war von Anfang an sehr hart.
