geleverd maar Jan beter

Bestelling wel op tijd geleverd. Verpakking had tijdens transport schade opgelopen maar meer te leven. Aantal tubes was correct maar een aantal kleuren waren zonder overleg vervangen door andere. Komt wel op maar overleg was wel zo netjes geweest.

Teile der Bestellung fehlen, wurden nachträglich geschickt

Teile der Bestellung fehlen, Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Ärgerlich
Nach dieser Bewertung wurde reagiert. Die fehlenden Sachen wurden nachgesendet, das hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.
Habe schon früher hier bestellt, da gab es nie Probleme.
