Huge thanks to Heather and Katy for their help and guidance for our relocation. Their work is highly regarded, they understand their clients really well and tailor all the services to settle in smoothly.

They have helped us with temporary accommodation , helped us to find permanent accomodation, pick up service from Airport, guidance document for all things needed to settle like local mobile service, bank accounts, near by schools , transport card, utilities and much more.

Heather gave a well thought recommendation letter which helped us to secure the accomodation without any hassle.

They act more like a well wisher and was always reachable whenever I wanted and shown us right path to go forward when we are struck. Their extensive documentation comes in handy all the time.

Heather and Katy have gone above and beyond supporting me in my move from Canada to Australia. Doing this alone would've been very intimidating, but luckily they taken on the administrative hurdles for me. Even a year+ after my move Heather is still checking in and helping where needed which shows her dedication to customer satisfaction!

We recently moved back to Sydney after a few years abroad and the company set us up with PerchPeek to help with the relocation. The temporary housing was appreciated - right next to Centennial Park and the SCG! We had a few hiccups with the internet but the team were quick and professional in fixing those problems.

We weren’t expecting that we would need much help in finding a new place to lease as we were Sydney siders returning home. I was happy to be proven wrong by PerchPeek. The rental situation is so tight in the city right now, especially in the area we were looking. Heather - our lovely relocation specialist - really listened to all our concerns and was able to give us invaluable advice at every stage of the house hunting process. A lovely recommendation letter, communicating with agents in the area on our behalf, and generally just having a real and heartfelt interest in our search were all appreciated. We weren’t expecting such warmth and were genuinely blown away.

PerchPeek helped me to find a long-term apartment in Berlin. It was an extremely smooth experience.

I came to Berlin on Aug 25th and submitted my materials on Aug 26th. Then Natalia helped to send messages to landlords on ImmoScout24. Thanks to her perfect preparation, I got a lot of viewings, even on the same day I submitted my materials.

Today, Aug 28th, my dream flat contract is signed. The flat has 40 m² and is located in the beautiful P'Berg area. So quick and smooth!

Also, thanks to Nejro. She introduced a lot of information about the Berlin rental market and things I need to notice. This also helped me to be well prepared for renting.

The staffs at perchpeek have been very helpful - kind and patient in understanding the preferences and finding apartments accordingly. Service is better than you expect. The guidance and dedication they put into your case is outstanding. Even with all the possible complication you mgiht have on your side, they will find a solution. I was outside of germany so I couldnt visit apartments and they helped to set up virtual meeting and to search the house for myself. Used perchpeek services to relocate to munich and managed to find an apartment on time with their help, even in the crazy house market in Munich.
