Katy from Perchpeek helped my wife and I move to the UK and I must say their support was amazing! I highly recommend this service.

Katy and Robyn’s team has helped us our family of 5 to move from Japan to Sydney. Find the rent in Sydney was extremely challenging but thanks to their support, I was happy to settle in.

They were helpful and speedy ensuring fast search for the apartments in a tight schedule that we have given them. Within 15 days we were able to finalise our apartment and get the agreement.

The only feedback I would give them is to improve your search parameters and be more proactive on this. This could be using various tools or telegram bots to get notified of new apartments quickly so that we can secure appointments much faster on highly demanded properties.

Sharlene and her team were amazing! Whenever we didn't understand something, especially moving to another country, Sharlene provided us with clarification and attention. Whether via email or jumping on a call if needed, she and her team were always there for us.

Moving from Canada to the U.S., I had an amazing experience with PerchPeek.

Team shared all the necessary settling in resources (car import, drivers license, ssn, ...) and they were responsive with questions/follow ups in each step.

The people at PerchPeek was very kind and willing to help. All went smooth, but the home finding aspect could be improved as USA is a complex and dynamic market. Probably a more concrete expertise on which areas are good depending on the needs of the person so the search can be more focused.
