Daria the consultant was exceptional in the way she handled the whole interview process. She gave me knowledge - interview tips, the full job description, the link for the interview, notes to prepare me for the interview and she sat in the interview meeting with us to give support. She messaged me throughout the interview giving me words of encouragement and support. I find the way she has conducted the whole interview process, Outstanding and exceptional. The best job interview I have ever had.
Exemplary Performance.!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you were unhappy with our service at the time of your review in October 2023.
Upon reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that a replacement candidate was provided in full accordance with our Terms of Business, and to our knowledge, this individual continues to be successfully employed within your household.
The initial placement ended following changes to the job description, which affected the role’s suitability. Nonetheless, we were pleased to have supported you in securing a suitable long-term replacement.
We always value constructive feedback and would appreciate it if you might consider updating your review to reflect the current outcome of your recruitment project.
