Very fast service and great communication whatsapp received about a product not available and alternative available. Both fragrances came as advertised, and smell fantastic! Would definitely use again!

I recently bought a Steam nubuliser and have been blown away by the fabulous helpful service with prompt personalised delivery updates. The product is brilliant and less than half the price of the exact same product on Amazon

A friend put me in contact with Perfume Hut after having a very good experience.

I did have a number of questions that they answered in amazing detail and ensured I got the item best for me which was not even the most expensive item they sold.

Really impressed. Goods shipped super fast and they even followed up to make sure I was happy.

Fast delivery and high quality bakhoor eBurner, smells fantastic the bakhoor that came with it, loving the range of eburners you have this is my second purchase, so easy to use and saves a lot of trouble from having to burn coal.

Had a fabulous experience with perfume hut! Have purchased from them a couple of times. The second time I had changed my mind about a product I had purchased and the team were very helpful in giving me a replacement product I wanted. The service was very quick and efficient. Got my electric bakhoor led burner. Does exactly what it says. No problems just make sure to charge it first!
If you want an eburner this does the job.

AVOID at all costs.

Ordered and paid for a burner with bakhoor which was not delivered, as confirmed by the courier Evri. The courier website said there was an unspecified delay, so I left it an extra week to allow for any issue.

When I finally contacted the seller they said they'd contact the courier and I would get a response in 48 hours.

48 hours later no response so I contacted and asked for a replacement or refund given it was now 2 weeks since I ordered, and no product was received. I was told the courier had not responded, so no action would be taken.

Despite protesting that I had paid for an item that was undelivered as advised, so my rights were to receive a refund or replacement, I was told the seller had not 'reached into my pocket and taken' the money and I should have reached out sooner if there was an issue.

So I paid for something which was not received, this was confirmed with the sellers courier, but my money was held to ransom until the seller was satisfied they would not lose out in any way. In addition, I was blamed for not taking time to contact them sooner, despite only doing so as a gesture of accommodation.

I love supporting small businesses, but some independant sellers do themselves no favours by treating people with contempt and themselves above the law.

Do not spend your money here!

Amazing diffuser the smell is strong and constant and the multicoloured lights make a nice display in the corner of my room. Prompt delivery and customer service is always there for any questions or concerns that I might have about any of the items I have bought. I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick delivery, loved the perfumes, will be purchasing again so long as you keep them on sale price LOL! loved the aftersales concern when one item came damaged was instantly sent a replacement so can't fault the service.

I placed an order for the heat pad on the 20th Sep, I was a little hesitant as the company hasn't really got much of a presence on Google and not many Trustpilot reviews. I received an order confirmation email straight away which was great and advised my grandma to expect her parcel between the 25th - 27th Sept.

On the 27th Sept, I hadn't received any email updates with tracking so I filled out the form on their website and awaited a response. Still no response on the morning of 2nd Oct I used their automatic system to track my parcel which said it was awaiting fulfilment. The automated system gave me an email address so I emailed in thinking I had been scammed due to the lack of updates and advised if I did not hear back by COP I would contact my bank for a chargeback.

To my amazement, I had a response 5 minutes later advising my order had been refunded last Monday and a refund email has been resent. This would have been fine until a customer service rep decided they needed to add: 'P.s there really is no need to use threats of chargeback..'

If the company could simply learn how to communicate and be professional, 'threats' of chargebacks wouldn't be required. This review is simply down to the customer service experience and lack of communication in regards to my order.

Edit 09/10/2023 - I still have not received my refund, my bank advised they were not instructed of a refund until the 3rd October indicating that the refund was not actioned when Perfume Hut said it was

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I’ve been sent a 2nd hand, USED footspa! I’ve tried to make contact since receiving the box but been ignored! I’ve tried email, phone call, m text, Facebook, instagram but nothing! I want a full refund with free returns postage.

Do not buy from this company. Received an incorrect product and the retailer wants me to pay to return the item even though it was their error which would leave me out of pocket. Retailer was very rude and abrupt. Terrible customer service.

Bought an electric bukhoor burner. Delivery was fast and product even came with some free OUD wood to try. Would deffo recommend Perfume Hut. Also contacted me after I received the product to make sure everything was fine and I was happy with the product and I was more than happy.

I ordered an eburner for bakhoor on the website, with some bakhoor nabeel, and it all arrived a few days later. The eburner worked wonderfully and the scent of the bakhoor is delightful. Thank you for the swift delivery as well.
