Έκανα παραγγελία στις 08.03 την 61078. Έκτοτε δεν έχω κανένα νέο και το τηλέφωνο ποτέ δεν το σηκώνουν.

Well on the contrary to the current most reviews, my experience 2 years ago (07/2022) wasn't bad. I have ordered a smartphone but on the way something happened and probably I changed my mind. I had my money back. The communication was existent and adequate. I guess something serious must have happened in the mean time. Hope it is recoverable.

No goods delivered, no reply to emails...Avoid, they should be prevented from operating such a scam, it appears they have changed their name to Peristore.gr, but only the name has changed!

Fine of 120.000 euros to the e-shop "ATHANASIOS PERIFANIS AND CO." which maintains the online store peristore.gr imposed by the Ministry of Development and Investment. As noted in the announcement, the operation of the e-shop was immediately suspended following actions by the Ministry of Development in order to protect consumers.

They are LIARS!
4 months and they still didn't procceed the purchase and of course they didn't gave our money back.
I wish them good luck with the authorities.....

This is the worst shop ever. They stole my money. I ordered the phone and it is still not coming. I am not receiving the product. I reported their shop to the cyber crime police. Because they steal the money and never respond when I call them or send emails. I also sent messages on their facebook messenger but they do not respond. Thieves!!!!!!!!

Been a month since we bought the phone, still not here. We will continue with legal action.

I made an order and after about a month sent them elan email to check on progress. 10 days later no reply to emails or calls. I asked for a refund, nothing. They seem to be a scam. Wish I read the reviews earlier. I will take it up with the bank to cancel the transaction and make a complaint to the authorities.

Ότι χειρότερο σε εταιρεία. Έχω κάνει παραγγελία από τον Δεκέμβρη , έχει φτάσει 27 Μαρτίου και δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα, στα τηλέφωνα και email δεν απαντούν. Απατεωνες και εννοείται πως τους έχουμε κάνει καταγγελία

Υπεροχη εταιρια αν θελετε να δοκιμασετε την υπομονη σας. Εδω και δυο μηνες++μπορει να εχω στειλει 20 email και να εχω παρει 100 τηλεφωνηματα (εχουν απαντηθει τα 5;)καθε φορα που απαντανε σου λενε απο Δευτερα θα εχετε την συσκευη σας!! Αγορασα συγκεκριμενο χρωμα διοτι ελεγε διαθεσιμοτητα 1-3 μερες και με θρασος μου λενε οχι 15-30 εργασιμες ελεγε, λες και παιζουν με την νοημοσυνη σου. Προφανως εχει γινει καταγγελια στον συνηγορο του καταναλωτη μετα απο απειρη υπομονη και προειδοποιησεις στην εταιρια.

Η τακτική του είναι η εξής. Εξυπηρέτηση ορισμένου ποσοστού πελατείας. Από αυτούς ζητάει να ανεβάσουν φωτογραφίες και θετικά σχόλια με ανταλλαγή κάποιας δωροεπιταγής. Οι υπόλοιποι είτε παίρνουν τα χρήματα τους μετά από αρνητικά σχόλια ή καταγγελίες. Η σελίδα perishop.gr άλλαξε σε peristore.gr. Γιατί άλλωστε;

Έχω παραγγείλει ένα λαπτοπ 1 μισή μήνα,είχα ενημερώσει πριν παραγγείλω ότι το χρειάζομαι σύντομα για την σχολή και μου είχαν πει πως θα το έπαιρνα σε 20 μέρες.Τηλεφωνα δεν σηκώνουν ποτε και ακόμα δεν έχει ερθει τίποτα και άμα κρίνω και από αλλες κριτικές ότι έρχονται μετα από 3 μήνες με τσακωμούς θα σας έλεγα να μην σκεφτείτε καν να αγοράσετε από εδώ επειδή είναι λίγο πιο φτηνά.Αμα δεν έχει έρθει σε λίγες μέρες θα ενημερώσω και με βίντεο τον κόσμο.Αν αλλάξει κάτι επίσης θα ενημερώσω.

Made an order on 2/2/24 (#56279) and still waiting, with no clear time of delivery they have no idea when I will receive my order.
When I do manage to get them on the phone after 20 calls, they make empty promises that I will receive an email 'tomorrow' to inform me.
Obviously when 'tomorrow' comes, no email.

So tomorrow, I will be contacting Cyber Crime Division of Hellenic Police to report, and considering pressing charges.

I ordered a mobile phone from this store on 24 January with the number order 54871 and, unfortunately, as of today, which is 20 March, it has not yet arrived. It is unacceptable to wait so long for a product that I was expecting to receive in time.

While I understand the complications that can arise in the supply and delivery chain, the lack of information on your part makes the situation even more frustrating. I have not received any official update on the status of my order, and this worries me even more.

In summary, my experience with this order has been disappointing and I hope that improvements will be made to customer service and order management to avoid these types of problems in the future

They don’t answer the phones, they don’t answer the emails. Placed the order 22/12/23 and today, 19/3/24, the order is still being “processed” - whatever that means. I have asked for a refund but no-one reached back to me, and when i left my negative review on google, they attempted to report the post as spam. I have appealed and this will get resolved within the next couple of days. Terrible shop, nonexistent customer service: Beware, it is most likely a scam.

47211. Η παραγγελία έγινε 7/12/2013 ακόμα και σήμερα 18/3/2024 δεν έχει έρθει τίποτα!

Έχω κάνει την παραγγελια μου από το κατάστημα pehishop μεσω του σαιτ Best Price στης 11/1/24 για ενα iphone 14, αριθμός παραγγελίας #52969 η οποια είναι προπληρωμένη, 2 μήνες μετά ακόμα περιμένω την παράδοση της και δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση γι αυτή! Επιπλεον η επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα είναι σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη αφου δεν απαντάνε ποτε στα τηλέφωνα!
