Ordered a 50ml bottle of gucci guilty edp for under £30 which included tracked delivery. Unfortunately didn't receive any confirmation email so flew into a panic as thought the prices were so low it must be a scam! Emailed customer services a few times and they always replied promptly and politely and my order arrived about 6 days after it was placed. Genuine product and a real bargain so very pleased and would use again.

On the 2nd August 2015 I ordered two different types of perfume for my partners birthday on the 6th August 2015, I even paid next day delivery, On the 4th, 5th, 6th I contacted Perlago because I had not received my Items, and each time they came up with different excuses, first they said they were having technical problems then they blamed Royal Mail and until this date11th August 2015 I still haven’t received my items, today Perlago promised a full refund but not mentioned no compensation for the number of times I have telephoned the premium order line number or offered compensation for my partners disappointing birthday where she never got my birthday gifts on time, which I had paid Perlago in good faith, I wouldn't recommend ordering any items from this company they let you down like they did to me, John Wells.

Dear Mr. Wells,

As stated, we had a technical problem at our warehouse, which is why your order was delayed and eventually sent off labeled wrongly.

This left Royal Mail with two options: either to send it back to us, or to destroy it. They did the former.

We've refunded both purchase price and delivery charges to you in full. As compensation, we're also sending you one of the ordered items free of charge.

We will have to insist though that the number you called is a UK free phone number - hence we will not pay any notice to claims that it cost you a lot to do so.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that receiving one item free of charge, along with a full refund, is sufficient compensation for your troubles.

Firstly I noted in your reply you stated you gave me compensation, only thing you gave me was my own money back, so I wouldn’t think this is the right word where you stated you gave me compensation, you also promised to forward a free bottle of perfume for all my inconvenience, also my partners disappointing birthday, but once again worthless promises, because all I received was my money back, I would not recommend ordering anything from this company all you get is lies and disappointment and false promises.

Have used Perlago twice after discovering them on Amazon and have been absolutely delighted with the product choice, excellent service and fast deluvery.

Perlago were by far the cheapest website for versace, bright crystal, it was so much cheaper by comparrison that i wondered whether it was a legitimate website. I started to read reviews of Perlago and i didnt see anything particularly bad so i hoped for the best. My Perfume arrived quicker than i expected and was perfect, at a price i was more than happy to pay....will defintely recommend this website to my family and friends :)

I had never heard of Perlago before so was apprehensive before ordering. The prices seemed to good to be true. After reading reviews on here I felt confident to order. I am glad I did and will definitely be ordering from Perlago again. My items were the best price I had seen anywhere online and I was also given a 10% discount for my order as well.

In with my first order I received someone else's perfume. I reported this and they sent me a label to return the perfume to them, which I did. For being honest I caused myself inconvenience, for which I did not receive even a thank you or confirmation that the perfume had been received back. Poor customer service.

Product arrived promptly & well packaged. This was the first time I had ordered from perlago.com & I was very impressed. I will definitely consider buying from them again.

I was a little sceptical about the quality of this product as it was so cheap but it is 1005 geunine and I recieved it within a fe wdays. i would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends.
