Consistently great customer service. I have been a customer for more than a year, and am very pleased with the service and the results.

I have had such a wonderful experience at Permanence. The team are exceptionally knowledgeable, and very kind in the face of what can be a vulnerable feeling. Noreen has been an absolute blessing and this is and will continue to be a life changing experience for me. Her dedication to this practice and this science is incredible. It's people like this that make such a difference in our community. Thank you !!

Bought a 32 probe package for 4 x 1 hour treatments. Amount of hairs treated each session varied greatly depending on the therapist. Last therapist was amazing. There was minimal waiting and he done at least 6 or 7 rows of 32. Had some treatments where I only had 4 rows of 32 done as the therapist would wait for both lots of probes to be done before starting the next.

Very Professional staff. Clean premises. Richard is the best, he is my go to person!!

Fabulous staff and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

The staff (Hoda in this case) - totally organised, friendly and professional. I went in and out in the allotted time. It's always a good result.

Hoda is very professional and takes great care of her customers.

Always glad to have the advice and expertise of Permanence people. Thank you!

Always an excellent and professional service

Very happy they are very friendly and most of all they do a fantastic job

Always a good experience at Permanence. Thanj you Nicky, an excellent job as always.

Very happy with the service and staff working there.

I can't think of a single thing that Permanence could do which would be better. Always more ontime than me, environment is fully covid cleaned, very professional and very nice and responsive to individual issues. I have been under the care of Gemma who I cannot give a better reference. Despite the pain factor I look forward to the appointments as slowly moving forward to my goal. I have been to both Drummoyne and the City.

Very pleased with the way in which the procedure was conducted and also the outcome! Would definitely recommend this practice.

Love, love, love this treatment. Has been a lifesaver.

This place is amazing. The whole team are GREAT and I've had outstanding results. If you're looking for a place to get electrolysis this would be the best place in Sydney. Highly recommended.

Great place. Always super attentive and efficient. Would highly reccomend.

Honda n Richard are simply the best at looking after you. So caring and understanding.

The Clinician Electrologists at Permanence are great. I started seeing Louis a few years ago before my surgery. Very professional team. With electrolysis it is important to be patient but the results are amazing. After using their services for 4 years I am very happy with the results. They explain things to you at every stage.
