Because I live in s barn with very thick walls mobile reception very bad. This alarm was able to receive a signal and I can connect through my mobile which I always carry with me. As yet have only used it for testing. Hope I never have to!

My personal alarm is as requested ; and it turns out to be a very stylish wrist watch ! I received clear information about how the alarm process works . But unfortunately it arrived in a box which did not contain the equally important Key Safe . Which suggests that my personal circumstances - no family or keyholder friends - was not adequately understood/registered.

The service I received after I used my alarm helped me to calm down and deal with situation.

Delivery was rapid, installation was straightforward, testing the line was incident free, and the pendant stood the shower test with flying colours - i.e. it was water proof!

Very easy to set up and use. Efficient service.
Gives some peace of mind to the wearer and family.

Wonderful and helpful people to help set up and manage this excellent service. My Mum has this, it's fantastic peace of mind for us both. I certainly recommend them to everyone wanting "protection " for a vulnerable person.

We have only used it twice and both of them was by accident when My Mum pressed the alarm by mistake, the company rang us within seconds, they were very understanding that it haf been pressed by accident, both times the caller was really polite and friendly to talk too, checking Mum was alright, the alarm when pressed is loud, Mum wad able ti speak to the caller from another room from where the device is installed with no issue, would highly reccomend, gives us the family piece of mind knowing if Mum is in the house by herself and anything was to happen there's help at hand to allert us

The answer from the call centre was very quick when I pressed the button on the pendant. The handler was efficient, and calm and her questions were to the point and searching. Whilst attempting to assess the situation, she was reassuring me. I felt that I had confident help and support. Thank you.

This device does so much more than many others. in particular, it works anywhere . not tied to a base station .

I have been delighted with the service you provide with the alarm. There is always a person who answers the alarm. I did have to use it after a fall, and my neighbours were with me in no time, and the emergency services arrived ten minutes later.
I have knocked off a star because of the design of the wrist alarm which comes undone unless I use a rubber band to hold the strap in place.

Prompt delivery, helpful to set up and when accidentally pressed button an extremely quick response.
Easy to use and also no need for landline which is really helpful

I have had a fall when I broke my hip when I was in the garden. The paramedics were sent to me. When I fell at home I had a quick response and key holder was soon with me. I rate this as good help.

My experience is NOT great. I did nor even select that
You have not once tested , without me asking, for the device to be tested. If I was not too old to be bothered to change because it involves bothering other people. I did not select 5 stars but one. 5 appeared and I could not not change..
