Very much recommend
Very much recommend. Received a fast reply on my initial query, literally within 30 mins on the weekend. Then booking the visit was straight forward. They came the next day. Talked me through what they would do with the wasps that I had at my home. Haven't seen the wasps back since, so all looks to have been smoothly dealt with. Thank you again. Hoping not to have any further pest issues, but if I do I'd reach out to this company again for sure.

We had seen a rat inside our house
We had seen a rat inside our house. The initial contact with Pest UK was very informative, our urgency, due to phobias, was understood. The technician, Tom, was sent out to us very quickly. He again was very informative, telling us exactly what he was going to do for us from start to a successful conclusion.

Quick and efficient service
Very nice person who was vey efficient. Since his visit we have had 5/6 wasps in our lounge every day !!
Is this normal and will the numbers tail off over the next two days. ??
2026年8月12日
Pest UK からの回答
Thank you for the kind words about our technician, and it's a good question so let me answer it properly. Yes, some continued wasp activity after treatment is normal: wasps out foraging when the nest was treated return over the following days, pick up the insecticide, and die off, so numbers typically tail away over one to two weeks rather than overnight.
That said, wasps appearing inside your lounge each day is worth keeping an eye on it can simply be dying wasps finding their way in, but if the numbers don't start dropping over the next few days, we'd rather take a look than leave you guessing. Our treatments are guaranteed, so if it persists, please email me at scott@pestuk.com or give the office a call and we'll happily come back out. Thank you for the review, and hopefully you'll see them tail off very soon!
