The operator was helpful and efficient
However the office were reluctant to ask him to revisit my property, sooner than planned....even though my carpets were getting chewed and a rat had been running round my bedroom at night.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I'm glad our operator was helpful and efficient on site, but I'm sorry the office didn't move your revisit forward when you asked with a rat active in your bedroom at night and damage being done to your carpets, that urgency deserved a faster response, and holding to the original schedule wasn't good enough. I'll be raising this with the team. If you're still seeing activity, email me at scott@pestuk.com with your address and I'll arrange a prompt visit myself. I'm sorry for the added stress this caused.
Prompt, effective service for bedbugs
We discovered bedbugs in our bed and called pest uk. Sean arrived in the afternoon to chemically treat our bedrooms. A week later we haven’t seen any more bugs. Happy with the price and prompt service

Thank you for the great review! Discovering bedbugs is horrible, so we're really pleased Sean could get out to you that same afternoon and treat the bedrooms and a week on with no sign of them is a great start. Bed bugs can occasionally need a follow-up, so if you spot any further activity, just get in touch and we'll happily take another look. Glad the price and promptness hit the mark too. Sean will be pleased to hear your kind words thank you for taking the time to share this!

Pest UK wasp removal
Made an appointment for next day which they couldnt make but rang me and apologised. Gave me 10% off. Came the following day on time. Very polite and informative. Most importantly treated what was a decent sized wasp nest. They were all dead by following day. Sensible price was 30% less than other quotes. All in all great service.

Thank you for the great review, and for your understanding! Sometimes an appointment can't be kept, and when that happens, calling you straight away, apologising, and taking something off the bill is exactly how we want it handled so we're pleased the team did just that, then arrived on time the following day. Best of all, that decent-sized wasp nest was fully dealt with by the next day, and at a sensible price too. Thank you for taking the time to share this we're here whenever you need us again!

Thank you for the kind words! Honesty matters to us as much as anything we do, so we're really pleased our technician took the time to properly inspect what was going on and give you a straight explanation of the wasp behaviour and its underlying cause rather than anything more than the situation needed. That trust is exactly what we want every visit to build. Thank you for taking the time to review us we're here whenever you need us!

The man who came was very professional but he came at the request of the person who was supposed to come a day earlier. That person changed the times three times then changed the day and did not come but passed it on.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry about the runaround before we got to you. Three time changes, then a date change, then a different technician altogether is not the smooth scheduling experience we want anyone to have, and I'll raise it with the team so we tighten up how appointments are managed and handed over. I'm glad that when we did arrive, the technician was professional and looked after you properly. If there's anything outstanding from the visit, just email me at scott@pestuk.com. Thank you for taking the time to let us know.
