Reasonable fees, good service, the management team has been very professional, responsive and provided me with efficient service, highly recommended.

I have used Peter Anthony as my Letting Agent for my flat in Bootle since May 2020 & they have been excellent. In particular Gill Bell the Branch Manager has been fantastic from the start. She is always quick to respond to emails & any queries & it is easy to speak to her on the phone. Clearly she has a good work ethic & so does her team at Peter Anthony. I called a number of agents before deciding who to use & due to her personal attention & good communication skills I decided on Peter Anthony. I wish I used them before!!! Keep up the good work!!

There have been serious problems with the block management, but Gill never wavered in looking after my flat. We are looking forward to a brighter future.

We had the pleasure to work with Laura in getting our rental place in Liverpool. She was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very smooth and quick. We now can move from Switzerland to the UK. Thank you very much Laura for your work.

I put 1 star because I can't put 0. My flatmate and I left the flat and returned the keys in the time required. We cleaned the house and left it way cleaner than how we got it and It's been more than half of a month and we still don't have answers about our deposit even though they said they'd be in touch in 5 days and by the law you should have it back in 10 days. Beware people. Don't rent with them. They are very unprofessional.

Thanks to the help of Jamie at Peter Anthony, he made buying our first home as simple and stress free as possible. Jamie was extremely helpful and was always available whenever we had a query or required any further viewing.

We very much recommend Jamie if you're considering buying or selling property as he was always honest, friendly and very personable.

Thank you to Peter Anthony for my beautiful rented home in Levenshulme. Such an easy, quick process from viewing the home to getting the keys and being here. My whole experience has been amazing, thank you especially to Cameron for guiding and helping me from the point of my viewing to handing me the keys. Would definitely recommend.

We recently rented Flat 5 in the Fedora house. Jenna Stoker guided us and helped us throughout this process. Ms. Stoker was tremendously helpful and helped us calmly and steadily across all the hurdles we encountered. Even though we were very happy with the flat and confident we would be perfect tenants, there were hoops to jump through inevitably. It was a relief to feel Ms. Stoker always had our best interest in mind. She was very responsive and willing to go above and beyond for us. Easily the best agent I have used in Manchester. Cameron got me in to see the flat quickly and was able to answer all of my questions there and then. Paperwork to sign up was all ready when promised.
