My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered. The company did not respond to my messages. I was forced to open a dispute and then a claim via PayPal to obtain a refund. I would never consider buying from this company again.

Did not arrive within promised timescales
Ordered over a week ago with 2-4 day delivery and still no sign of it. Likely the courier’s issue rather than the seller, but the seller has ultimate responsibility for getting the product to you in the promised time scale. I needed the product within the time scales and have now had to source additional purchase from elsewhere.
