The only problem was that the shipment came in two separate packages. One one day and the other the day after. Because it’s our first time ordering wasn’t sure the second package would arrive. It hasn’t put us off ordering again though

Initially, I was quite disappointed as my product did not arrive within the estimated delivery date, which was 10 days overdue. This delay was frustrating and impacted my plans, as I was eagerly awaiting the product.
However, I must commend the vendor for their handling of the situation once I reached out. When I informed them about the non-delivery and requested a refund, their response was swift and efficient. The refund was processed immediately, which I really appreciated.

I didn't receive my order as was told…
I didn't receive my order as was told driver couldn't make my delivery????? I get a refund, but disappointed I didn't get product,it would put me off ordering again 😕

Sent wrong product and wouldn't replace so had to return to get refund .disappointed as is a specialist food that needed urgently

Delivery by evri rubbish
Quick and easy to order. Prompt service and immediate refund. Refund because after two weeks my parcel was still at evri depot, disgusting evri, that delivery was important. Good if a different courier used.
