Horrible experience

First of all, it's the wrong number on that website for customer complaints. Secondly, I've been calling around trying to get a refund to cancel my account, but the second to agent told me they couldn't verify my account because of the zip code.The last digits to be exact when the first agent was able to verify my account with the same zip code. This company is horrible unprofessional , and not reliable. To contact me on my refund

Please rest assured that we strive to make our trial and subscription terms as clear as possible. During sign-up, we outline the $1 trial and the ongoing subscription costs, with several confirmation steps that require your agreement before completing registration.
These details are also repeated in a welcome email series at the start of the trial, reminding every customer of the 7-day window to explore the service with full access and cancel without being charged if it’s not a fit.
