Philtop had good and prompt communication.
I thought the process was a bit too rigorous, even though I purchased it online through Philtop's vendors, via Amazon Prime. And the reason I said rigorous was that the order number was provided, yet they could not find the order in their system, and I ended up doing more legwork than i should have. But overall, the experience was good. The team was responsive, which made communication good and thorough. They were able to provide me with the service and ship my replacement promptly. So, I give Philtop a 4, not because they are bad, but because they need to be on top of their purchase orders; it was like my order was lost. If I did not have Amazon Prime, would my purchase have been for nothing?

I originally purchased a radiator for my vehicle and realized it didn’t last very long. It was a defective item that created a leak on my car not even within a month of it being installed. However, I reached out to customer service and they provided me with a brand new replacement with the warranty claim.

You get what you pay for
Well if you want a working alternator for $120 you will get one. Unfortunately for me I got a dud, emailed them, sent proof of the alternator failed to which I received another one free of charge. That one also ended up being a dud out of the box (B+ Stud was cracked off, guess it could have happened during shipping so maybe not their fault. At this point im pissed because im now about 20 days without a car however this is what can happen when you go aftermarket, but in my opinion still worth the hassle of possibly getting a dud because in the end they sent a 3rd replacement to which is working beautifully. Still beats paying $700 for OEM all day

The catalytic converter assembly was…
The catalytic converter assembly was sent with an incorrect gasket and one of the assembly flanges was welded at an incorrect position. Customer service was very good regarding the incorrect gasket. I did not contact customer service regarding the other issue as I decided to return the parts.
