Excellent communication from initial phone call. Staff very helpful and understanding. Very happy with service and operation.

Was so so well cared for from start to end

At every stage of my journey I felt valued and supported. I had a very positive experience and I am very grateful for everything.

The communication between them and myself including all the relevant people from consultant to dietician was excellent.
The level of knowledge and care my surgeon and the team displayed was nothing but fantastic. I am blessed to of had such a wonderful team looking after me and feel confident in my aftercare too

Phoenix have changed my life, I am healthier and happier than I’ve been in about 20 years. My blood pressure is better and I’m actually wanting to shop for clothes 🥰

Very pleased with the level of care I recieved. I was very informed about my procedure and was made to feel at ease. The staff gave me privacy and catered to my every need.
Overall an excellent experience.
The only downside side was literally being asked to leave so the next patient could have my room when my ride home hadn't arrived and how to administer some of my medications was not clearly explained to me.

Fantastic care from all the staff, the level of care from start to finish was superb. Communication was excellent, calls, emails and texts and appointments rearranged when required. The staff at The Pines were also excellent, so friendly whilst remaining professional at all times.
I would definitely recommend Phoenix Health and would not hesitate to use them again if required.

I had my gastric sleeve in December 23. From referral to today the care at Phoenix has been amazing. Constant check ins and support when needed.
I had some struggles with food after my sleeve and was referred to a psychologist. She was amazing and supported me in ways I never knew I needed. I cant thank everyone at Phoenix enough.

Phoenix was amazing from the second they took over. Really friendly staff melony is a little pocket rocket angel. As a company everything was plain sailing. Excellent doctors I was under Dr Stewart and Dr donnelly. I couldn't fault a single thing and if 10 stars were a thing I would have given 11... all staff are a credit to this company. Thank you all so so much

The staff and all the team required for my procedure were absolutely amazing and made me feel really relaxed about everything, honestly everyone was so nice and caring very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I have just got home from the Pines. Fantastic experiencefrom start of the journey with Pheonix. All communication was clear and precise. The hospital visit was yhe same wonderfull friendly staff. The surgeon Miss Darrien and her fellow Marty were very professional, explained what she hoped to achieve given my circumstances. The goal was achieved and i am more than happy with the wsy they spoke to me. The conversations were deliverd with clarity and compassion and that means so much for a bariatric patient of over 20 years. Well done to all involved in my treatment and thank you.

I was referred two year ago by the GP which led me to bariatric surgery.
I made the choice to use Pheonix Health and im glad I did. Excellent service, I could not fault a thing.

Everyone was very welcoming and explained everything I did have a few issues when I woke up but soon was alot better the nurses couldn't have done more they were so nice and respectful

What a lovely experience it is dealing with the phoenix group, the staff are so helpful and care about you and your concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a very wonderful place for you to deal with. From the smallest enquiry to end of process they are supporting you.

Have had a fantastic experience with Phoenix, from first contact to completing the surgery. The whole team are helpful and engaging, and Mr Javed & his surgical team were just great, calm & patient. I have received excellent guidance throughout, and whilst I go through this post-op phase, I know they'll be available if required. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the team here are outstanding the nurses never stop checking on you and the surgeons check in on you numerous times
