I love UOPX
Honestly I never thought school would be something I'd ever try to complete, but the University of Phoenix made it easier as long as you stick with it and stay consistent!
Highly recommend
I had read mixed reviews about the University of Phoenix before starting, so I was honestly unsure at first. But my experience has been really positive.
The program was organized, intentional, and much more useful than I expected. What stood out most was how applicable the coursework was to my everyday work. I was able to connect what I was learning to leadership, communication, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and creating change in healthcare.
I do think this program is what you make of it. If you take the time to engage with the material and put in the effort, there is a lot of value in it.
Overall, I am glad I did not let the negative reviews decide for me. I had a great experience with the University of Phoenix and would highly recommend it.

From Associate Degree to MBA Successâ
My experience with the University of Phoenix was positive and rewarding. I recently completed my MBA program, and I appreciated the flexibility of the online classes, which allowed me to balance my education with my personal responsibilities.
The instructors were knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback on assignments. The course materials were organized, and I found the learning platform easy to navigate. I especially appreciated being able to work at my own pace while still meeting weekly deadlines.
Earning my MBA was an important personal achievement, and I am proud to have completed the program. The University of Phoenix provided me with the opportunity to continue my education and reach my academic goals.
I would recommend the University of Phoenix to working adults and anyone looking for a flexible way to earn a degree while managing other responsibilities.
The instructors as well as theâŠ
The instructors as well as the educational platform used to submit assignments, send messages and review curriculum. These all have contributed to my success at the University of Phoenix.
Instructors
All of the instructors were really helpful and responsive. This was unexpected after my experience with other Universities. However, one area that is lacking is the academic couselors. This person changed multiple times throughout my program and I reached multiple times and never received responses.
I really like the program itself
I really like the program itself, but financial aid is always late and it is beyond frustrating.

The experience was phenomenal. I had assistance when I needed it. I had issues with only one instructor, which was great considering I had more than average. The school was excellent in providing a great educational experience.
Iâve been at University of Phoenix forâŠ
Iâve been at University of Phoenix for two years as far as the classes go as good as far as when it comes to your financial aid if he goes there, do not expect your financial aid to be there when itâs supposed to. Itâs already weird that they distributed it after every class instead of like normal colleges do first second they have their money but now theyâre saying there is a system down our system reboot or something is always going wrong. People depend on that money when you say youâre gonna disperse it you need to you donât give it to us when you say youâre going to get your paycheck when youâre supposed to people depend on that money to live on thatâs what itâs for on here. We are people are waiting weeks two weeks and still havenât received their money like they were supposed to. This is a problem and from the research Iâve done is not the first time.

Iâm former student of the university of Phoenix. I will not recommend it at all. Iâm pretty sure there are other universities that are much better than this university. Not all the professors are responsible and professional.

The program was easy to follow and it fit well i to my complex schedule as a full time employee and mother. I would highly recommend the school and their programs to anyone seeking to obtain a higher education.
Absolute worse
Although the professors are great. The financial aid system is the absolute worse. After calling multiple times to make sure my financial aid is correct and being told yes. Months later I receive emails that I will be purged from classes due to a balance. You will keep getting one excuse after another. "Oh its becasue you are taking 2 classes instead of one. Oh, its because its a different academic year." As a 4.0 student there is not any additional scholarship or anything. I work in higher education and I cant believe that this school that promotes being economically friendly does this to its students. The only reason it gets two stars is becasue the faculty are great.

Amazing support
Amazing support, both in amd outside of the classroom. Programs developed with the working adult student in mind.
The professors I had were so helpfulâŠ
The professors I had were so helpful and understanding. Especially the last three I had.
Lack of Academic Support
When I reach out for academic support the faculty scheduled me for a time slot that we both did not agree on. Unfortunately I did not meet with faculty. I also experienced difficulties completely the assignments due to my feedback being given is PDF feedback versus the initial agreement they feedback would be provided in Word so that I could make revisions. Due to this I will have to retake the course. This is very disappointing considering my gpa is over a 3.8.
