I was contacted several times by this company. Originally stating that "there are patients in my area that can't find me." I had thought they were referral source, but then soon found out that they are an online website. After their pitch I compared them to ZocDoc and told them their service wasn't comparable so I wouldn't be using it. They called and called. Finally I told them "No! I will not be using your service," the representative had an argumentative tone, and would not take no for an answer. He kept asking to speak to my marketing department and wanted another time to call back, which is usual practice for sales people although his tone was aggressive. He kept on saying their service is "performance based" meaning that they only charge you for the clients referrals. However if they don't refer you any clients then they charge you a monthly fee... so how is that performance base???? The representative would not get off the phone even and kept talking over me, even after I was saying I had to get off the phone. I am so glad to read that others have had same experiences that I had. Not to mention their website is a little sketch- its not a reputable website, I don't know any PT's that actual use this service and not a single client that I have worked with has ever mentioned this website.

Run away! This is an aggressive group trying to get you to join them as they have "a lot of patients in your area looking for PT" and they want to "refer patients to you". They have lied to my front desk staff to get through to me. I have asked them to not call any further and they still do...typically a different sales rep who is even more insistent and rude. I am on numerous user groups for small business PT practice management and all say to avoid these guys. We are well positioned in the marketplace and readily found via google search so people seeking physical therapy services can and will find us. PhysicalTherapists.com is not needed nor will benefit you.

This company is a SCAM. Do not hire these guys. They are bottom feeders and will do everything in their power to trick you into paying them for things that you shouldn't have to.

They told me only big corporation companies used them. I see why now. I had an increase in spam calls that they tracked "near my location." Then the one call they charged me for was a potential patient who needed services my little office was not prepped to treat. Instead of taking the new patient, I referred them down the road because as much as I hate to give away a patient, I knew they were more equipped at the other clinic and I wanted what was best for the patient. You can hear this in my phone call, but because the patient called for an appointment, even though I didn't accept it they would not give me my money back. Very frustrating. Middle man service that gives you false calls and charges you whether or not you see new patients. Awful and sickening to us small business clinics.

When I first signed up with them, it sounded like a good marketing tool. Unfortunately, they have a terrible business model. They charge for EVERY call made thru their number, whether it's legitimate or not. They obviously do not listen to any of the calls. I got billed for existing patients, people looking for doctors and other things, not for a PT.
Then, when I reviewed the calls, if it's over 35 days, they will not issue a refund. They charged me for a call made by a pre-existing patient, but after 60 days they day they can no longer listen to the calls, how convenient for them, so I paid for a call I should not have been billed for. This has happened more than once.
They are dishonest in their charges and will not submit a refund for a fraudulent charge.
Stay away from them!

I am a chiropractor and own a multi-specialty outpatient rehab facility offering not only chiropractic but physical therapy as well as massage therapy. This company also operates a similar webpage for chiropractic which I had a problem with but did not realize this was the same group. I had calls asking if we did school physicals, if we offered occupation therapy and so on. On one billing we had 6 calls only one of which was a legitimate request for a physical therapy appointment. I requested a refund on the other 5 but was only refunded 1. Thankfully my credit card company works with me to dispute the charges of which I have recorded proof of my dispute being reasonable. I would not suggest doing business with a company that will not refund for calls that are not for the paid for purpose. After dealing with two of their entities and having poor customer service twice I would use caution if deciding to use their service and watch your calls closely. However, even that won't help when requesting a refund.

A computer reviews the calls the first time around so invalid calls will admittedly slip through the cracks and get charged to your credit card that you have on file. Last month we had three calls obviously not intended to go to a physical therapist. One was a wrong number. They wanted a family physician down the street. We clearly told them they had the wrong number. The second invalid call was a person wanting to get a sports physical for their kid. We do not perform physicals here... PhysicalTherapists.com should know this... so we directed them to their family physician... the third call was an existing patient making an appointment for later. The patient called and just wanted to move their appt. to later in the day. The patient had already been coming to therapy for several weeks. All of these calls were contested by us a month ago and they had a real person review all three calls but they were all not credited back. After learning the calls were not credited back to our account I emailed them to cancel our service immediately. They did not cancel our service. Now I forwarded the old email and the confirmation email I received back from them (to prove that they received it.) They are still thinking about whether or not they will keep our money for these invalid calls. You are better off doing a Google Adword campaign. This also confuses the general public because they push out their unique traceable number to partner sites such as YellowPages.com, Yahoo! Local, and Local.com. ... they will also get credit for those calls using more than just their site to get credit for calls you think are just coming from their advertising efforts only.... Now I have to go around to all these sites making sure my number is even there or if my information is even accurate... What a pain in the neck!!! Run as fast and as far away from physicaltherapists.com as you can!!!! It is not worth the time and energy and they are very biased to their own interests when they "review" those billable calls on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!

I feel they misrepresented everything they told me and went ahead and charged my credit card for invalid calls. Every time I spoke with a rep all of them gave me different info. and even though we spoke and they "explained" the policy I was still charged and now they don't want to give me a refund. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. this is how the operate, Our company appears with a different phone number and they record all those calls, so if someone calls and asked if we accept a particular insurance and if we don't accept it, that is according to them a chargeable call and they go ahead and charge you.
Do not trust them!!

I'm the owner of ABC physical therapy and started to use this company many years ago because I was using google pay per clicks for my physical therapy ads and this physical therapy company is excellent, I give them a perfect 5 star review. If a patient in need of physical therapy needs to find you on google or yahoo or bing this company is the best for physical therapy providers.

Truly appreciate the quality and speed they have to offer. I really enjoyed the service and found it a benefit. Thank you!

I initially started with the program not expecting to see many results. Figured it would probably pay for itself but not much more. Over time more people that are calling are becoming clients. People who actually call are more likely to attend once they speak to a real person.

I was about to relocate my office when I joined physicaltherspy.com so the timing was perfect. I got several calls in the first month. It's easy to set up and inexpensive to use. It is a great way for clients to find me!

We have found that the new patients that are directed to us have certainly made it worthwhile. However, the bigger benefit has been that we have been able to listen to phone calls that our front office take and identify areas where we can improve on our customer service and knowledge in interacting with the patients. The new patient that are generated by PhysicalTherapists.com certainly make it financially worth while. But our improved customer care has been the icing on the cake.

The information found on physicaltherapists.com is extremely useful and proves to be a great resource for physical therapists and patients.

I like having the service overall, but occasionally, they will try to bill for existing customer calls. Easily corrected though with a few simple clicks for a review

Signed up for free and it has given me valuable marketing that allows patients to search for clinics in the area they are living/working. Great customer service and they screen the calls themselves for they bill the clinic. Save a great deal of work on my end!

I have been charged for some calls that I think were wrong, for example an existing patient called and I was charged. I have had some good referrals as well. Is it driving patients in the door? No. Are were making money? I think we are a little in the black in the long run.
