We've tried to email support@ and sales@ and never a reply. There is no number to call. The chatbox is for service cancellation only. We need assistance and MetroFax is unreachable. We've had numerous businesses tell us they are unable to fax to us and keep getting a failure of fax notice.

Run away! This is an aggressive group trying to get you to join them as they have "a lot of patients in your area looking for PT" and they want to "refer patients to you". They have lied to my front desk staff to get through to me. I have asked them to not call any further and they still do...typically a different sales rep who is even more insistent and rude. I am on numerous user groups for small business PT practice management and all say to avoid these guys. We are well positioned in the marketplace and readily found via google search so people seeking physical therapy services can and will find us. PhysicalTherapists.com is not needed nor will benefit you.
